Luxurious villa (sleeps 8) with private swimming pool and jacuzzi

The home comes equipped with every luxury imaginable as well as top of the range quality furnishings. Very tasteful and carefully chosen by a famous Dutch interior designer.

There are two master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, including a walk in shower, large bath, a double basin vanity and separate toilet. The other master bedroom has a queen bed a shared bathroom with bath, shower, etc.. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded rooms. In one of the twins the TV is with a VHS combi, ideal for bribing those smaller members of your party to bed with the promise of a Disney Movie. All the bedrooms have: large fitted wardrobes, clock radio, flat screen cable TV, ceiling fans, New State of the art memory foam integrated mattresses with duvets and comfort memory foam pillows. So all the family will enjoy the best of sleeping.

Further a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge Area and the Family-Room is overlooking the Pool-Area.

    Low, mid. High or peak-season. Pool heat requirements (in 2013 and 2014 $33 per day, in 2015 $ 34 ), late availability. How far in advance the booking is being made.

    These prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and if you stay longer then 7 days the costs are also inclusive of end cleaning.

    Any booking must be confirmed by printing-out and forwarding the completed booking form together with a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total price. The booking form and deposit must be received within 7 days of any provisional reservation.

    For bookings within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount payable together with security bond is payable at the time

The Best Villa we ever visited

A fantastic villa, beautifully furnished with what I would describe as one of the best views you can get at Highlands Reserve, a west facing pool view on to the nature reserve. We sat in the evening watching the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand, it was paradise.
Take my word, as someone who has rented villas many times, you only want a pool that faces West or South, preferably with no rear neighbours, like this one. Having stayed at Highlands Reserve many times, and indeed owned a home there once, this was by far one of the nicest villas we have stayed at. Beautifully furnished, a nice layout but by far the greatest asset it has is the fantastic west facing pool on to the reserve at the back. We felt we were the only people in the world watching the sun go down in the evening behind the trees.

How Luxurious can it get?

We've had the honour of staying in this wonderful villa several times and we've definitely fallen in love with it.
The interior of the house is absolutely stunning and makes you feel at home immediately. We love the large pool and pooldeck and
great view toward the woods.
The villa has a very private feel, which we find very important. Ofcourse the location is great! When we decide to visit the Disney parks, we could be there 15min later. Highlands Reserve is definitely one of the most luxurious and well-maintained villaparks we've ever seen. It gave us this rich and wonderful feeling just driving back to the house from doing groceries. Very convenient by the way to have a Publix on walking-distance.
We could recommend other visitors of this home to go and see the national parks that are close-by, they are wonderful and just minutes away.
We've visited the beaches on the east and westcoast and they are closer than you would think. It took us only 45min.

We hope to have a lot of these wonderful stays in this beautiful home!

Wonderful Villa

The Villa was as good as the photos and web description. Very smart and comfortable and well equipped with every needed to make the stay easy and entertaining. Really loved the I-pod dock and the Wi-Fi was fist class.
Pool and outside area excellent and very private with views over the nature reserve. Daily visit of the pair of cranes and the cardinal bird was a joy.
Location of this Villa perfect--great for golfers and non golfers with everything anyone could want a short distance away.
Brian, the management company owner was very attentive and helpful.
we spent a very enjoyable 4 weeks with our friends.
We can highly recommend this Villa and would come back if in this area again.
