Photos and Description of the Bodrum area vacation rental Beautiful, detached luxury 3 bedroom villa

Large luxury poolside, fully air-conditioned, villa on a new complex of 23 villas. The front garden extends to a large pool and children's pool. The complex is only a short 10 minute stroll to Yalikavaks beach, marina and waterside restaurants. Unwind in beautiful, natural surroundings. The atmosphere is relaxed and romantic. The locals are very friendly. Making friends here is easy. The beautiful air conditioned lounge and the dining area has hand-made furniture. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cloakroom and two terraces (one with alfresco furniture). The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one en suite) and a bath/shower room. A large roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing, drinks watching the sunset, or barbecues (one is provided). Our villa and garden enjoys the sun all day and all evening. We are surrounded by mandarin groves. A perfect setting. There are 2 adult bikes (owners own risk) and a travel cot and high chair.

The detached 3 bedroom villa has a communal pool at the end of the garden. Yalikavak town, with its beach and waterside restaurants, is a short 10 minute walk away. Bodrum is a 30 minute bus ride away. A discount may be available and the owners are always willing to discuss early booking reductions.

  • The master bedroom has new, hand made oak furniture. The other two bedrooms have new, modern style furniture. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. The middle bedroom has twin beds that have been designed so that they can be converted into a double bed if required. There is a pool view from all bedrooms. There is also a travel cot and a high chair in the villa.

Notes: There is a good quality stereo system in the lounge which has a lead which allows you to plug in your ipod/mp3/cd or phone (like a docking station, but better). We leave our minidisc player there for your use, if required, complete with a varied selection of discs. 2 adult bicycles (one male, one female) are at the villa for your use. No cycle hats are provided. Please exercise caution when using the cycles. The owners accept no responsibility for any accidents or mechanical failings of the cycles that occur during their use. The villa can sleep up to 6 adults plus one infant (cot and highchair provided). One Queen size bed, two twin beds (can be made into a double) and two bunkbeds are provided.

Pool opening times.: The pool is open between May and October. The pool is larger than many other complexes in the area and more than adequate for the 23 villas here. You will even find you have the pool to yourselves at times.

As soon as we arrived in the early hours of the morning at the Villa we knew we had made the right choice.
The villa must be the best located one in the complex.
The space and freedom of the villa is a thousand miles away from any hotel or appartment holiday.
Everything you need is offered within the villa which makes it such a relaxing and great way to spend a great holiday.
The swimming pool is more than adequate to accomodate the amount on people on the complex, and if you are lucky you might even have the pool to yourself which we had on quite a few occasions.
The location of the complex is ideal, not too far away from amenities bit close enough to enjoy a nice walk into town for dinner or a few drinks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from but be careful as prices do vary quite considerably. Stay away from the sea front restaurants!
If you are thinking of renting a Villa for the first time we highly recommend this one. We cannot fault the owners nor the management company within the complex and the way they helped as from the moment we booked right up until our return back home.
For the first time in a long time we felt we had been on holiday.
If you decide to boook this Villa you will not regret a moment of your holiday.
