Nice apartment in the historic heart of Verona with 2/3 beds

Located on the first floor of an elegant building with elevator, its space has been divided so wise: a welcoming entrance to the end of which is a bathroom, then you open a living room with sofa bed (converts into a bed for children), an area dining table and 3 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. A wooden wall sliding divede the living area from bedroom. It offers every comfort: TV, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, air conditioning.

Nice apartment in the historic heart of Verona with 2/3 beds. Wales Residence 1 is located near Via Mazzini, the famous shopping street that connects Piazza Bra Piazza delle Erbe. It is located in the 'old town' of Verona, few steps from the splendid Piazza Bra, whose name is derived from the German Breit (off). The convenient location allows you to easily reach the beautiful squares and the famous monuments of Verona: the Arena, Piazza dei Signori, Piazza delle Erbe and Juliet's house. Furthermore the area is densely populated by wineries, cafes, restaurants and trendy bars, ideal for enjoying a cappuccino or a good Italian wine.

  • A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Payment by bank transfer and international money transfers will increase by 4%. The balance is due upon arrival (delivery keys).
