About The Owner

We, Kit and Colin, found paradise when we visited "Provo" many years ago. We loved Provo so much that we moved to Grace Bay. We moved from Canada and haven't looked back since. Together we built South Fleetwood and created our own Oasis. We really do have the perfect location!

Although I'm months behind in writing this review, I can still pull up the memories of the tranquility of South Fleetwood. My family of 5 enjoyed a week of relaxation and adventuring in August 2012. We couldn't have asked for more gracious hosts/concierges than Kit and Colin. The suite was immaculate and comfortable. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and share a relaxing pool area.

The beach is but a short stroll way, and our teenagers really enjoyed the freedom to come and go as they pleased. This was our second trip to T&C, and we found this area of Grace Bay Beach much more quiet and private. Truly an ideal place to which we hope to return.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Dear Kit & Colin,

It’s been a couple of weeks since we returned from our fabulous vacation at South Fleetwood and everyone in the family is still talking about it. South Fleetwood was the perfect location for our family of 11. We were fortunate to occupy all 3 of the units and we couldn’t have dreamed of any better accommodations. Karen and I enjoyed the cottage, my daughter and her boyfriend had the studio, Ryan & Jen and Krista & Arik enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite along with their children ages 5, 2 and 1. It was a pleasure dining around the pool, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kit’s recommendation on the chef was great and the family enjoyed the delicious food and his service. The villa allowed everyone to be together when wanted and to have privacy when desired. You have the perfect hidden paradise yet just steps from the beach.
Thank you for your hospitality and the fabulous memories we have from our stay at South Fleetwood. We would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

Our week in paradise

Marie and I spent a week in the Cottage 8/4/2012 thru 8/11/2012. Colin and Kit truely have built a little Oasis just a short 2 minute walk (If you take your time) from the nicest beach we have ever walked on. The sand (no seeweed) crystal clear water, and little reefs loaded with fish (the snorkling was awesome right of the beach) The Cottage and the grounds were exactly as pictured, it was perfect,peacefull and quiet. Kit and Colin are easy to talk with and very helpful, they obviously enjoy sharing their little piece paradise with their guests. We did not rent a car, it's only a short walk to the center of town (Kit had drawn a map) and we found everything we needed.
In closing I would add that when asked by friends what's your favorite vacation spot my standard answer has been, after I have seen them all I will let you know. That is until now, Marie and I have booked the Cottage for a week in March 2013

Colin, the gardens are beautiful and your stories, well, Michaela & Paloma will remember those I am sure! Paloma wants to check if the Mer-kids played in her sand castle last night!
