Farm house with two indipendent apartments

The old house is located on a hill approchable by a short dirt road. The farm of 11 hectares is sorrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean bush and it offers to the spectator a wonderfull view. There are also open gallery, gazebo and garden with barbeque.

At the ground floor there is a big room with a nice fireplace, where it's possible to connect your pc to the local wi-fi.

There is large space for car parking and a laundry-area in a separate room, adjacent to the house.

Nearby you can visit the Naturalistic Park 'dell' Uccellina 'and the archeological sites of the Etruscan civilization like Vetulonia, Roselle, Populonia and Vulsci.
