The house has 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with iron stoves, plus an open-air living room under the porch with chimney, kitchen, dinning room, and all commodities. It's just 5 min from the beach and 5 min. from a golf course.

The house has a private and isolated garden and is surrounded by charming hills, which belong to the property as well, with astonishing views to the sea and mountains.

Daily cleaning service included. Ironing and cook optional.

San Vicente de la Barquera, a historic fishing village, is just 5 min. away; and Potes, a mountain village in Picos de Europa, is only 1 hour away. In the surroundings, only 30 minutes by car, there are historic villas like Comillas, Santillana del Mar or Llanes, as well as the Altamira Caves and the Soplao Caves, recently open to the public.

Ideal for country, beach and golf vacation: Just 5 min from Meron beach, one of the largest beaches in Cantabria. There is a golf course just a short walk away. This house is the best location for enjoying the countryside, the high mountain of Picos de Europa, and the beautiful fishing villages of San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas.

This place is absolutely astonishing! We choose this place for vacation with our children and friends (2 x 2+2). First of all, this house doesn't look like a rental house. We felt there like we were visiting someone's private house. Atmosphere is unique... Furniture, paintings, sculptures, everything - posh and cozy. Our children were amazed, too. They found this place magical, they spent hours in the garden, in their secret places. Last but not least, we had wonderful support - Rosi. She was very helpful and she's a great cook. We'll come back next year, for sure!
