Beautiful 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom bungalow, furnished to a very high standard.

This beautiful villa is set within a small and very exclusive resort known as Club Calida Beach.

Surrounded by fabulous private gardens and large swimming pool, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Only a few minutes walk away you will find the local shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and within 10 minutes walk you come to the amazing blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor Sea

This area is perfect for couples and families, especially with young children. The beaches are well equipped with a number of bars and restaurants serving typical Spanish fair such as Tapas and very fresh grilled fish and sea food – Don’t forget to try the Paella.

The waters of the Mar Menor are always warm due to its shallow depth and also being protected by La Manga del Mar, the unique strip of land separating the Mediterranean Sea from the lagoon.

The Mar Menor Sea hosts beautiful soft sand beaches and a lovely flat promenade that runs for many kilometres. As you stroll or cycle along the promenade you will encounter many beach side bars and restaurants serving some amazing fresh foods, the area is especially renowned for its fresh seafood.

The Mar Menor Sea is a vast lagoon measuring 27 km long, 9 km wide but only 7 metres deep at its centre, this makes it ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, the waters are always warmer than the Mediterranean sea which is separated from the Mar Menor by the spit of land known as La Manga del Mar.

If you prefer the crashing waves of the Mediterranean sea then you only need to travel 5 minutes by car to Cabo de Palos which is a lovely working fishing harbour, also within 10 minutes is the stunning Calblanque nation park with is rugged coastline. Totally unspoilt and peaceful with many species of wildlife

Mar de Cristal is a small typically Spanish village with lovely marina based at the southern end of the Mar Menor within a few minutes drive from Cabo de Palos which is a wonderful working fishing village with fantastic seafood restaurants.

The bungalow is just 5 minutes walk to the beach

Also in very close access is the famous La Manga Strip with many water sports available both on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

15 Minutes drive will take you to the historic naval city of Cartagena with superb architecture and wonderful Marina. With history going back thousands of years this city has something to offer everyone and should not be missed.

From our location you will be spoilt for choice with activities if you wish or just enjoy a wonderfully peaceful relaxing holiday.

Spend lazy days on the blue flag beaches and in the evening take a leisurely stroll to the seafront and enjoy an authentic Spanish meal prepared with local produce from land and sea.

Golf: The world famous La Manga Club is just 10 minutes drive away with 3 courses to choose from

Within 30 minutes drive are many more course including the Polaris world resorts with their Jack Nichlaus designed courses

Notes: Due to its protected environment, the Mar Menor is the perfect place for all manor of water sports from windsurfing, kite surfing and diving with many places offering tuition for beginners. The bungalow comes fully equipped with satellite TV, full air conditioning through out, leather sofas, two very large terraces with plenty of seating/dining space. There is also a good sized private secure garden. The large roof terrace has stunning sea views. 5 minutes walk down the road is a supermarket The village of Los Belones is 5 minutes drive away and has many bars, restaurants and shops.
