Lovely detached private 3 bedroom villa... private pool

Downstairs

Living/dining room with 42inch flat screen tv - full satellite TV with 150 channels.

Glazed sun terrace which can be opened or closed in depending on the weather.

Bathroom (toilet and wash basin).

Extended kitchen with granite work surfaces - cooker, microwave, tall fridge, etc..

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area

Upstairs - 3 bedrooms

Master bedroom is en-suite with shower/bath/heated towel rail and king bed.

2nd bedroom can be done as 2 singles or as a super king.

3rd bedroom is 2 singles.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and fan lighting.

Main bathroom upstairs has toilet and shower/bath with heated towel rail.

Outside areas:

Back of the house is South facing; sun all day!

Private garden with 2m high hedge.

Upstairs solarium/terrace is also south facing.

Swimming pool is 6.5m long x 3m wide.

Outdoor furniture: wooden tables and chairs, 6 x sun loungers.

We had a wonderful holiday! We loved the villa. It was clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The children particularly appreciated the English language TV channels! The pool was wonderful, especially given the heat. The resort felt safe and the communal areas seemed well looked after. We aren’t experienced golfers, but had a couple of enjoyable lessons. Our local contact, John, was very helpful and friendly.
I hope that’s what you need! Please don’t include my email address though.

You have been very professional and followed us up properly!
The contract was detailed but ok, the arrangement with KEYHOLDER John Wittle worked very well, John meet us when we arrived and shoved us around in the house, he was kind and helpful, and offered us very good service by keeping the pool and garden clean!
The house was well equipped with air-condition upstairs in all bedrooms and down stairs as in the living room. The house had all what you needed (the only thing we could miss was a cutting board for vegetables – a plastic cutting board J ).
The Kids loved the pool in the garden and the parent’s enjoyed the barbeque and a glass of wine at the patio in the evening J,
All in all a very good place to spend your holiday, if you like to enjoy swimming, golfing and SUN!

Last (but important) details, you came back to me faster than I expected and told me that you were supposed to return the deposit and needed my bank account details J !

Glad to give reference. Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Air conditioning in each room was a real bonus. Pool was great, decent size and not at all overlooked. We have been going to this resort for years and it now benefits from better choice of restaurants/bars. Also, it was nice that there was no extra charges for air con or cleaning for which many of the other villas will charge!

We all had a fab time and thanks for all your help.
