Villa Ramon and Villa Eden are located on the Costa del Sol 20 min from Malaga airport, in a small village called La Alqueria, 5 min walking distance from 2 good restaurants and a grocery shop, situated on the edge of Lauro Golf course, and there are horse riding, tennis, and pigeon shooting facilities nearby. A 6000 square metres Finca divide in two independent Villas to maintain privacy and separate by a fence so can be rented separately and occasionally join when its required and possible due availability, private and peaceful with fantastic sea and mountain views.

Villa Ramon is a mansion-style three-story villa built in an elevated position with splendid views of Malaga, and the Andalucian Mountains. The facilities comprise a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, and a good range of cooking equipment and crockery. On the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath, kichen, living and dining room. The lounge has 3 sofas, a large table and chairs and leads to a large furnished veranda, which is great in the mornings and has stunning views of Malaga, sea, the valley and the mountains. On the second floor are one double room with a furnished terrace overlooking the pool area, two twin bedrooms and two triple bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms. Independent apartment have a twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, full bathroom and equipped kitchen. Air conditioned/central heating at all the bedrooms and living rooms.

The nearest Town is Alhaurin de la Torre 5 minutes driving and Alhaurin el Grande 8 minutes driving with a great variety of eating places including international restaurants, as Chinese and Italian, fish restaurants, tapas bars, many supermarkets, banks. The properties are next to the mountains and have marvellous views to mountain, sea and Guadalhorce Valey. Golf, Swimming, Horse Riding, Tennis and walking are some of the things that you can do here. There is a famous area Plaza Mayor (Leisure Ocio Park) 15 mins drive boasting 27 restaurants from around the world, 10 pin bowling, fun fair, disco bars, Nike factory outlet with many other outlet shops, multi Cinema with English speaking new release films. There are an aqua park situated 20 minutes driving in Torremolinos, a sea world, Tivoli world fun park for children and adults and spectacular marina around 25 minutes driving in Benalmadena. Clay pigeon shoot 5min drive. Parador, Alhaurin & Lauro golf courses within driving distance.

The independent apartment to accommodate max 4 people more (only rent with the main house to the same party) have an extra cost of 300 Euros per week in low season and 520 Euros per week in high season, during low season if reduce parties we can negotiate the use of less bedrooms in the main house and left closed the bedrooms that not are required.
  • 30% deposit to confirm the booking and balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable damage deposit of 200 UK Sterling pounds in cash on arrival.

One of the few inland courses set in beautiful Andalusian countryside; this parkland course provides stunning views across to Malaga Bay. Specially planted with beautiful indigenous trees and cleverly sculptured with many lakes. Designed by Folco Nardi. Its ideal too for large parties like play golf.

Take yourself the oranges for your juice: Just now (November) coming the orange season (from November to March) and your can enjoy take its direcly from our trees, great experience for childrens, that usualy only see at the market. We have many diferent size of fruits at our orchad for diferents seasons of the year, as grapes, aguacates, nuts, olives, pomegranate, almonds... Its free to eat our guest at boths Villas.

Stunning villa!

The villa is a stunning holiday home with ample accomodation for large familes/groups. It has every facility one could wish for on a Spanish holiday. The pool area and gardens are superb. Private and secluded yet within close proximity of two beautiful Spanish villages.
I hope to return in the future.

Thank you for a fantastic time at the Villa Ramon. Every thing was just as promised. The villa grounds were secure for my young family and allowed all in the group to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Owners were always on hand and showed a genuine interest in making our time at the villa as good as possible. Thanks again.

Villas Eden and Ramon

We have stayed at both villa Ramon and villa eden now on five seperate occasions. The villas are very clean and servicable and the owners are very helpfull indead. The area is quiet but has a village within ten minutes walk which hosts three restaurantsone in particular very goodin main street. There are very good golf courses very close one within minutes of the villa and village. It takes about 20 mins drive from the airport and about 30mins to the coast. We would highly recommend either of the villas and the type of holiday they cater for.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
