Our lovely villa is set within its own private gardens with orange, lemon and pine trees. It has a child friendly beautiful new 9 x 4m swimming pool with poolside shower room with toilet and washing machine. Outside kitchen with gas hob,fridge/freezer & BBQ. Front and back terraces both covered and open. Lots of lawn space for playing. The kitchen has all mod-cons, with microwave and dishwasher . Our 4 large bedrooms come with bed linen and towels, 2 hairdryers are provided. The private estate the villa is in has its own 'residents only' sports complex. This includes a large swimming pool, tennis courts (4), football pitch and children's playground with swings. Available to use for no charge, just a short walk away. There is a small Cafe (snacks available) a Bakery (great for fresh bread in the morning), Newsagents and Chemist. Most are open late, and some open Sunday morning. Everything you could wish for in an ideal holiday location. Valencia is just 25 mins away.

Our Villa with its lovely pool and gardens is situated on a private estate 25mins west of Valencia. On the edge of the beautifull Calederona National Park. Ideally located for a 'away from it all' relaxing family friendly holiday. The estate has a small selection of shops and bars that stay open early to late for your essential needs. Locally there is Benissano Castle ruins and in Betera there is a Golf Club and Metro station with direct link to Valencia . Betera has a lively Tuesday Market. This is very much an area where you get in your car and see what you can find, lovely scenery, stop for a picnic or head for the coast and discover your own perfect beach. Local resturants and tapas bars are plentifull and a little way along the CV35 you will find Metro City a very popular cinema and bowling alley entertainment complex with resturants for a fun night out.
