Beautifully appointed town house - 3 storey having 4 bedrooms bath/showers

The house is 3-storey with ground floor having a spacious living room, dining room, indoor garden, guest room, a fully equipped kitchen and a yard. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms each with their en-suite bathrooms as well as a spacious seating area! The second floor is pure luxury with the entire floor 950 sq ft as master bedroom with stunning sea views, a fancy bathroom complete with a jacuzzi steam room and a TV room with 2 lounge reclining sofas and a 50' TV and home theatre system.

With excellent finishing and quality furniture one could not dream of a better holiday home. The home is ideal for a couple, small families or a small group of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The house also offers a private garage for 1 car and ample parking space in front of the house.

Penang Malaysia: Penang has an equatorial climate and is a very attractive all year around destination to travellers and visitors the world over.

Widely known as the Pearl of the Orient, Penang offers a variety of local and international cultures and foods tourists keep coming back for.

Amongst the many tourist attractions be it the natural scenery with the imposing hills overlooking stretches upon stretches of beaches, waterfalls, parks and gardens; cultural with the many religious buildings and relics (i.e. mosques, Churches, Chinese, Buddhist and Hindu temples); architectural with Georgetown the Capital State and its preserved ancient buildings part of the UNESCO world heritage site; Penang Island certainly is a place everyone can enjoy.

The Island’s other main attractions are of course the famed Penang Hill which offers breathtaking views of the entire Island, a National Park for avid adventure seekers, a Botanical Garden, a Butterfly Farm, a Tropical Spice Garden, Fruit Farm, etc..

"Unbelievable" that we, a total of 8ppl were able to stay in such a GOOD and WONDERFUL villa and with only {RM400. My rating to booking.com was 9/10. it was an amazing 3 days trip to Penang! the house is soooo cozy! u don't want to leave the place.

u can see the beach from 3rd floor, me and my friends end up hanging out by the window and enjoy sunset from there.

the jacuzzi is to die for! and everything u need .. just name it..the place is complete.. from washing machine, oven, toaster, 2 huge flat screen tv!

We truly enjoyed our stay..
Thank you Mariam & Levi..we will surely come again!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
