Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa with fully equipped modern kitchen, games room and gym. Air-conditioning. The pool is 9x4m with a lovely grassed area. Country and sea views. In the village of boliqueime only 2 mins away are all the modern conveniences present, bank, health center, post office, restaurants etc. 10 minutes away are an abundance of golf courses, water slide parks and golden beaches.

Situated 1km outside the pretty village of Boliqueime, Casa Tucci is just a perfect place to relax & enjoy not only your summer but winter holiday too. A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival, a tastefully decorated villa with a mixture of traditional and modern finishings. The village itself is quite small, the church is at its heart with a beautiful cobbled square, planted with blue jacaranda trees, giving shade during the hot summer months. All the modern conveniences are present in Boliqueime, bank, health center, pharmacy, post office, restaurants all tastefully integrated into this typical Algarvian Village.

We can also provide baby gates on the staircase and kiddy security braclet for the pool if necessary. Pool has a safety cover.

25% deposit with booking form to secure the accommodation. The balance is due 1 calendar month before arrival. There is a 500 € damage deposit. We provide a complimentary, welcome welcome pack for all guests. Heated pool has an additional cost of € 200 per week. *Note: Long term winter holiday rentals welcome. 4 weeks plus 50% discount - November to February
