Nice, clean apartment, as described, view from balcony beautiful. Situated in a small tourist village of Seget Vranjica, very quiet area, two small shops, three restaurants. Short 15 min walk along the coastline to the tourist village of Medena which is a little busier, here you will find a cashpoint and a few bar/ restaurants.
A taxi-boat to Trogir is a must, truly beautiful place. Here you will also find a bigger supermarket, fish market and tourist shops.
In the village you will find a boat hire, we hired a small boat to tour the islands, fantasic day out, the kids loved snorkelling.
The sea in general is lovely, really clean. Unfortunately there are only man-made beaches (lots of rocks!) and swimming shoes are a MUST for the sea urchins!
Croatia is a beautiful country with scenery second to none and we had a lovely holiday, the only let down were the 'hidden' charges only made clear to us once we had paid fully for the apartment ( we handed over almost £300 on arrival for cleaning etc) and we felt rather uncomfortable on several occasions whilst eating out with people being very curious and staring! ( Very few English tourists), although we never felt threatened or un-safe at all, and we met many friendly people.
We would definitely return to Croatia.

Owner's Response: We are very glad to read our guests positive comments on the apartment, on Trogir and on Croatia in general but we are confused regarding their statement on the hidden charges. There were none. The guest paid for the apt in 2 advance payments save 55 Euro which they paid on arrival to cover the cost of cleaning on departure, this was arranged as part of the total payment amount at the time of booking, it wasn't an "extra". The tourist tax at 1 Euro per day per adult was extra, this was pre-advised to the guest at the time of booking, as was the need to leave a 100 Euro returnable security deposit. The only other charge was 25 Euro which the management agency charge for arrivals after 8.30 at night.
