Located in a new building, completion date in January 2011.

1 bedroom of 15 m² with 1,50 m bed, cupboard with three bodies, with 2 balconies.

Full bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle 1.20.

Fully furnished with appliances. 4 ring hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster.

The whole apartment is furnished with high quality furniture.

Located in the heart of the city just off the Plaza Mayor, with taxi, city bus, 50 meters from the door.

It is a popular tourist area, surrounded by hotels, restaurants recommended in guidebooks, tapas bars in the old town boot. There are several car parks in the vicinity.

It has elevator, heating, hot water, WI-FI.

Heart of Salamanca, 100 meters from the Plaza Mayor. Building located in the most select residential area of ??the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, etc.. Traffic-free pedestrian zone car. All the historical monuments walk from apartment. Also to study Spanish schools are very close.

The building is brand new, one year old, built with luxury materials.

The apartment beautifully decorated and fully equipped.

On the other hand the breadth and independence of apartment ensure a comfortable stay.

It has elevator, heating, hot water, internet wi-fi.

Fantastic location in Salamanca

This property exceeded my expectations and my expectations were high. Javier does not speak English but I was able to book the apartment via email using Google translate. The process was not difficult. Javier had us call his son who does speak English in order to make the arrangements as to when to meet us at the apartment. The transfer of the keys and the balance due were most satisfactory.

The apartment does not have free parking but there is a pay garage about 500 meters from the apartment that was reasonably priced (14 Euros/day). Javier showed me where it was by having me follow him. He wanted to make sure that I got to the closest and best priced car park which was very nice of him.

Everything about the apartment was most satisfactory. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The property was very clean and well maintained and is on the 2nd floor. The building had a lift which was very nice and never busy.

There are English language tours offered at 9:30 AM that meet outside of the TI in the Plaza Mayor. The tour is very good and I highly recommend it. Make sure you go up in the Tower of San Jeronimo (not included in the tour). This is extremely worthwhile and it was one of the highlights of our two week vacation.
