The Villa is complete with a pool, it's divided into two independent apartments

The villa is made of two independent apartments, furnished also with antique furniture, obtained during a recent careful renovation that permitted us to better take advantage of the farm’s space, of which the existence is documented since the 17th century.

The house, located on another hill, has an incredible view of the surrounding countryside, that can be admired from two shaded porches.

At 20 mt distance from the farmhouse, a comfortable, panoramic and relaxing pool allows you to better spend your vacation and to cool down under the Tuscany sun. On the ground floor you can find a spacious living room, kitchen and small restroom, and outside a shaded porch suitable for outdoor meals. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a spectacular view of the countryside. Air conditioning for the hottest summer days.

Pennella, our villa, is a brick house on the top of a hill in the middle of the countryside which has a touching 360° panorama.

Pienza, Monticchiello, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Bagno Vignoni are the nearest places to visit. Siena, Florence and Perugia are easily accessible from here.

Nature, art, history, cuisine and thermal baths are some of the reasons why you should not miss this part of Tuscany, rich in countryside, castles and works of art.
