  f you rent by low occupancy the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. You will have access to all the other rooms in the villa.
  
  The nightly rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. full villa occupancy includes pool heating. ** Maximum of 12 guests, additional guests charged at £100
• The villas are prepared for your arrival and includes daily maid service. All your linen and towels are included.
  
  The pool heating is available at an additional cost of £300 per week.
  
  Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependant on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We can not guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the heat of the water stays warm.
  
  Cancellation refunds:
  Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
  4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
  2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
  Less than 2 weeks - no refund
  
  Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults.
  The property is strictly non smoking
• For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £750 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.
  
  The quoted rates includes maid service with change of bed sheets & towels after 7 nights. Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it's more likely to be on a weekday. It's necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season.
