This luxury villa has beautiful landscaped and enclosed gardens with private pool patio area and BBQ. The house is fitted to a high standard and fully furnished. The kitchen is well fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, etc.

The whole house is air conditioned and has central heating and is fitted with satellite TV electric canopy to the sun room and has ample seating for sunbathing around the beautiful kidney shaped pool.

All the bedrooms are double and the master bedroom has an en suite and a queen size bed and separate area for relaxing and enjoying the garden and sea view. This room also has an exercise bike if you feel the need!

As well as the en suite there is a full bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. All include toilets.

The gardens surrounds the whole house which is laid to lawn with many interesting trees and shrubs with a seating area next to the BBQ under a shady tree.

The Villa: This property is set in a quiet hillside location having the benefit of a very private garden with a beautiful pool and lovely surroundings. The beach and village is about 25 minutes walk and has all the facilities close by. It is only a couple of minutes by car.

The benefit of being just outside the village is that in the summer you can choose whether you want peace and quiet or the vibrant atmosphere of the village.

The Surrounding Area: There are many things to do and see in the local area, with plenty of walking and hiking and a whole range of water sports if you are so inclined.

All the local beaches are sandy and have a blue flag and have life guards in attendance at the height of the season. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for hire in the holiday season and places for a coffee or lunch abound.

Places to Visit while here: There are plenty of places to visit by car with not too long a journey such as the historic town of Peniscola which has a medieval castle and was the site of the filming of El Cid. The walk up to castle is through winding cobbled streets lined with many shops on the way and lovely restaurants overlooking the sea.

There are also beautiful caves at Val Duixo (about 45 min. away) where you travel through the caves on a boat serenaded by music.

Valencia, being an hour away is full of interesting places to visit, including an Eco Park, Oceanographica, the Cathredal, and much much more.

Tarragona is also a lovely town to visit with many historic buildings, a Cathredal and lovely restaurants set in a square at the centre of the town, There is also a Theme Park nearby Tarragona which is a perfect place for a day with children.

There is a Water Park near Benicassm which is about 30 min., again this is very popular with the children.

This beautiful villa is set at the foot of the hillside one road back from the seafront and has wonderful views of the hills behind and a panoramic view of the coast to the front. The Orange Blossom coast is renowned to be one the healthiest places to live and known for its clean air and environment.

There is an ancient church at the top of the hillside and for the hale and hearty there is a pathway to climb to the top to see this 13th century building and enjoy the truly amazing views.

The beach, shops, restaurants and bars can all be reached within a couple of minutes by car and walking to these areas would take approximately 25 minutes.

The whole area is surrounded by national park and there are plenty of interesting walks to be had and a large variety of wild life and beautiful birds and wild flowers to be observed.

From the lighthouse in Las Fuentas there is a nature walk giving you the opportunity to see more of our lovely coastal area.

Other Activities: Tenpin Bowling and multi screen cinema in Benicarlo, dancing in various venues.

Golf: There are two very nice golf courses Panoramica and Mediterranean and both are a short drive away. All equipment can be hired at the courses.

The master bedroom with the extra large double bed actually has two independent mattresses but joined together. This room is extremely large with an en suite shower washbasin and toilet together with a separate sitting area overlooking the pool, gardens and the sea. There are spacious wardrobes and storage and it is a very luxurious room. The bed in the second bedroom again has separate mattress but joined together and has plenty of storage with views of the garden and sea. The third bedroom is a large double bed again the room is very comfortable with fitted wardrobes and views of the garden and sea.

Notes: Please note that the garden and house is suitable for elderly people as long as it is possible for them to use stairs (one flight) for sleeping. Holiday makers who do not wish drive from the airport can be picked up and dropped off at reasonable rates. For more details please contact the owners. There is the facility to hire a car in the local village of Alcossebre. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool area and the pool is kept fully maintained at all times. Again the downstairs is accessible for a wheelchair but the user would have to be able to use the stairs as there is no sleeping arrangements on the ground floor.
