Indipendent villa, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, terrace, garden, parking.

Villa Giulia is situated in a quiet area at 900 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa,is surrounded by a large garden (700 sqm) with typical Mediterranean plants.

The villa is composed of :

-living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite tv and dvd player;

-the kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster;

-one double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe ;

-one bedroom with two single beds, converting in a double bed bedroom, with air conditioning and wardrobe ;

-one bathroom with shower ;

- washing machine;

-covered terrace.

Outside, there is a large garden with chairs, dining table, deckchairs, barbecue and shower.

The proximity of the villa to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks with the bike.
