A luxury 2 bed villa situated on the Championship Pula golf course in Son Servera - please ask us for links. This villa is on the site of the Pula Suites Hotel, a 5 star boutique hotel with top class indoor and outdoor pools, spa, bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a discount on its facilities to visitors of this villa (please enquire at hotel). Situated in the North-East of the island 3 miles from the coast. Spectacular views can be enjoyed looking out onto the 1st and 18th fairways then on to the mountains and the sea of Cala Millor. This spacious villa sleeps 7 people. There is 1 super king, 1 double a double sofa bed and a temporary single foldaway bed. There are 2 terraces, one accessible from one of the 1st floor bedrooms and landing and one from the lounge downstairs opening out to the garden. There is a large lounge with TV, DVD and stereo. The kitchen is modern, new and fully equipped and the villa is light and airy.

Situated on the Pula Golf and Country Club in Son Servera - ask us for link. Nearby: Arta - 5km (Historic town with many restaurants and quiet bars, market and shops) Costa Del Pins - 3km (closest Sandy beach with bars and restaurants, has parking) Cala Millor - 6km (bars and restaurants with many shops) Alcudia and Pollensa are a 30 minute drive away for those in need of a more lively evening with a plethora of mainstream bars and nightclubs. Portocristo is a short drive down the coast and has a nice beach and port where you can sit watching the boats and the world go by. The villa is well off the main road on the country club and hotel complex. The hotel pool and bar are about a 200m walk along the driveway and is FREE TO USE.

  • Rentals of less than 1 week available out of season or at late notice if available.
    Long term rentals available at a reduced rate. Cleaning and change of linen are available for extra cost out of peak season on long term rentals.

    Maid service in peak season is weekly and includes changing of sheets and a full clean.
    Security deposit of €300 is requested with the booking deposit and will be refunded within 1 month of vacating the villa

The smaller upstairs bedroom has a double bed 4'6' and a set of glass double doors opening out onto the top balcony that overlooks the golf course, mountains and sea. The large lounge has a comfortable luxury sofa bed that folds away if not required (larger sofa seen in lounge photos). There is a baby cot and high chair available for EUR 5 total per day, please request on booking. There is also a blow up mattress and linen for an extra 7th person.
