We are proud to announce the addition of another apartment to our Prague portfolio. We have continued our theme of merging sleek modern touches with the innate charm of historical Prague in this elegant city centre apartment. We hope to have captured a unique style and elegance as well as offering value for money. Much thought and care has gone into the decoration and choice of locally sourced antiques which are used to highlight original features such as high ceilings, original doors, windows and parquet floors. This city-centre two-bedroom Prague apartment has two large bedrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, Satellite and DVD. There is a separate toilet and large bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing evening drink or morning coffee.

About Ilan & Veronika Morris + UK contact

My wife and I currently own and manage a total of five Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focussing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom).

We also sublease two apartments in lessor town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.

My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.

We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’, which is standard in many holiday lettings apartments in Prague.

We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.

Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our five apartments have acquired 300 reviews across four channels which we feel is testament to our hard work and enthusiasm.

In future we would like to expand our portfolio. We are particularly excited about combining the two sectors of tourism and property development, as well as continuing to build on the foundations of a successful family business.

In our free time we both enjoy practicing Bikram yoga, travel and food – both eating and cooking. We look forward to accommodating you.

Great location and perfect living space

Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers stayed here for a week in March. We were greeted by our manager upon arrival and given a great overview of the property and city. We used many of his restaurant and shop suggestions, which were helpful and delicious! We particularly like the organic meat shop a few blocks away, a local Thai place, and the Cafe Louvre. He was incredibly responsive during our entire stay.

We found the location to be an super easy walk to the river but also Old Town and Wenceslas Squares and many good restaurants, tram stops etc. We rarely needed to take transportation.

The building was charming and the apartment very comfortable and easy to live in. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this great city!

lovely time in Prague

we enjoyed our family trip to Prague, staying in this wonderful apartment located ideally near the National Theatre. There are lots of main attractions within walking distance. Our host awaited us, helped us with parking the car locally, showed us the well-equipped flat and gave us useful recommendations (about restaurants and public transport etc) which came very handy :-)

Wow - understated elegance!

Spacious, light & airy, high ceilings, colour-accented furnishings, high quality fixtures - it all combined beautifully to complement the age and style of the apartment without 'modernising' it too much. Location was good too - being just a short stroll to the river and Old Town. We loved the apartment - and it's one that we would seriously consider renting again!

absolutely beautiful!

Really nice apartment , lovely big rooms, high ceilings and a general feeling of grandeur says it all! The apartment is just as in the photographs, beautifully furnished and plenty of kitchen equipment. We arrived on an evening flight from the UK and check in was no problem. One thing I would add is that there is a proper take away "English" fish and chip shop just up the road, past U Fleku and round to the right! The apartment is very handy for trams and metro to all parts of the city. The number 22 tram being particularly useful.

Wonderful!

My husband, two teenage daughters and I spent a nice week in Prague and always will have some nice memories of this apartment.

It's big, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped.

It is very well located, next to several shops, restaurants and tram stops

The center is just 10 minutes walk!

No doubt when we return to Prague we will back to this apartment.

Last year we stayed one week in this absolutely fantastic apartment Ilan and Veronica has in Prague. Our kids (11 and 13 years old) keeps talking about how beautiful it was. Even it is some time ago, I have to share with you that we strongly recommend renting this apartment. The apartment had plenty of space, very good beds and was tastefully furnished. We got a really good welcome with a lot of good informations for our stay in Prague. We can strongly recommend booking the apartment if your next holiday will be Prague.

This central down-town Prague apartment is located in a historical building in Prague 1, steeped in history. Hidden away from the main tourist bustle you will find the area has a local feel, yet it is cetral enough to allow easy access to all the main attractions. The national theatre is a 5 min walk as is the famous Café Louvre, which Einstein once frequented. Prague's most well-known restaurant and brewery, U Fleku, is a 2 min walk up the street. This is the oldest brewery in central Europe and has been brewing beer for over 500 years. A beautiful walk through the winding, cobbled streets around the apartment, which abound with ornate restaurants shops and cafes, will take you in 5 min to the Vltava river from where can enjoy a pleasant 5-10 min walk along the river to the Charles Bridge. A few mins walk from the apartment will also take you to Narodni Trida and Wenceslas square. From Narodni Trida you can catch the number 22 tram to the castle and Mala Strana.
