• +The ONLY FEE outside of our low rates is a $59 Final Cleaning Fee for stays of LESS than ONE WEEK (7 Nights). Ask for a complete rate as sometimes for 'Last Minute' or LOW SEASON bookings... we will pay this on your behalf to our unaffiliated cleaning company.
  * ANY STAY OF TWO WEEKS (14 NIGHTS) OR MORE CAN EARN YOU A 10% to 15% DISCOUNT DEPENDING UPON SEASON... ASK FOR 'MULTI-WEEK' DISCOUNT!!!
  Aside from holiday weeks, discounts can often be given for stays of 2 or more weeks or if your travel dates are somewhat flexible (in this case a stay of less than two weeks can still earn the guests a discount). PLEASE look at our calendars, as if you are arriving within a DAY OR TWO of another party's ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE and if you are staying with us for at least ONE WEEK, we can often give you an additional NIGHT FOR FREE =). Being flexible with your dates can SAVE YOU MONEY =)
• Reservation Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $200.00 USD (or 20 %, whichever is greater) is required at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Please make this payment by check or money order in U.S. funds or if paying by credit card, please fill in the information at the bottom of the Reservation Agreement.
  
  In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date. Security Deposit: A 'damage & theft' deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required (may be “held” on a credit card as an authorization but it is not charged in advance). The authorization is canceled within one week after departure date if no damage or theft has occurred to the property and if you have left the unit and contents in the same condition as they were
