Chalet facing the sea with direct access to the beach

the house is located directly on the beach - which during our stay was virtually deserted - just perfect for us.
the property is attached to another property which during our stay was mainly unoccupied but the owners came down on the weekend - they were very nice but it should mention this in the details as they share the garden.
you also need to ensure you ask the owners to provide both bed linen and towels - we didnt do this (assumed it would be provided) and had to go without as despite asking the owners were unable to provide them, and we had to buy our own.
the house itself is small and rustic, but it has all you need for a simple relaxing beach holiday. The main reason to rent this house is its location - the beach is at the end of the 'garden' so you just walk out and you're there! The patio equipment has seen better days, but sun umbrellas & beach chairs are available to take to onto the beach.
there are restaurants locally but you have to drive - and the closest supermarket is in Villasimius but there are many local markets that can provide most things. There was a restaurant getting ready to open just opposite the house - it is quite small so I dont think would spoil the quiet of the evenings. There are lots of cats in the area - I like cats so didnt mind but on some evenings we were surrounded by over 10!
