These spacious, non smoking apartments are situated in a small block of 32 apartments just a 5 minute walk from the village centre. This immaculately maintained complex is set in a quiet location with beautifully manicured gardens and views of the Monchique mountains to the rear. The complex has an elevator to all floors. Both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have balconies (2 bed with 3 balconies and 1 bed with1) and have stunning sea views and overlook the swimming pool. The 2 bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor, the 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor and the penthouse on the 4th. Each apartment is tastefully furnished to the highest standard and has all the luxuries of home including Sky television, radio/cd/cassette player, video and DVD players and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining tables.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, furnished by ourselves with top quality furniture, soft furnishings hand made curtains. Master bedroom with kingsize bed and balcony with table and chairs, twin bedroom with balcony and table and chairs. Large dining room with dining table and chairs to seat 6, sofa bed and 2 armchairs, Sky TV DVD, video, ample books, cds and games for your home entertainment. Large extremely well equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for 4. The views have to be seen to be believed from each of the 3 balconies.

Alvor is an unspoilt fishing village, close to Portimao. It has a maze of cobbled streets lined with numerous superb restaurants, bars and shops. The harbour is ideal for a stroll to take in some of the atmosphere of the traditional Portuguese way of life with fresh fish available directly from the barbeque. Alvor’s safe sandy beach is 4 km long, reputed to be the best in the Algarve and only a 5 minute walk from the village centre. Lined with sunloungers, parasols for relaxing and taking the in sun or take a stroll along the beach, through the rocks and sample some of the excellent restaurants. For those who prefer something more lively there is the opportunity to participate in some water sports. There is also a large sports centre with tennis facilities with Olympic size pool. The atmospheric village square has entertainment in the evening throughout the summer months. Portugal's reputable championship Penina golf course Alto Golf are just a 5 minute drive away.
