Recently completed villa in Alcossebre, set on three floors with 2 large terraces including a rooftop solarium with sea & mountain views, private driveway and shared gardens with 3 pools. Located on the outskirts of Alcossebre village, in a private gated development with access to extensive gardens including children's pool and play areas. Convenient for shops, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches which are within walking distance. With hot and cold air conditioning this property is spacious and furnished to a standard that will surprise. The main terrace overlooks landscaped gardens and pool with child's play area. This house has everything you will need for a fantastic relaxing holiday including Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, large fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with a large comfortable L shaped Sofa. The terraces allow you to enjoy the sun all day long or find some shade and in the evening retreat to the rooftop solarium with a drink and enjoy the sunset.

Welcome to the unspoilt coastline of Costa Del Azahar, the Orange Blossom Coast. Alcossebre is a real Spanish village, surrounded by orange groves with the mountains on one side, sea on the other and within the national park area of Sierra D'Irta Mountains, so no high rises here! Alcossebre boasts 5 beautiful blue flag beaches, the best of which is within walking distance. Restaurants, shop, bakery and bank are 5 min away and the centre with it wide choice of shops, restaurants, promenade and busy marina is just a little further. The Orange Blossom Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes. Places to visit include Morella, a medieval walled town and Peniscola with its old town and famous castle over looking the sea. Water Park 20 min by car at Benecassim and Port Aventura boasts a full blown Universal Studios Theme Park and Water Park.

Notes: Air-conditioning provides heating out of season. This property has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need including microwave, full oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster kettle, coffee machine and of course all the pots, pans, cutlery etc you will need. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer and there is a cot and a high chair if needed. All terraces have full patio sets so you can follow the sun around all day (and evening) long! The lounge has a large and very comfortable L shaped sofa with Satellite TV, DVD player and a separate CD player if you fancy some music.

Local shops provide an ample selection of quality produce with super and hypermarkets at nearby Benicarlo, Vinaros and Castellon approximately 20 and 30 minutes drive respectively. An abundance of local restaurants, cafe and Tapas bars, provide a wide range of good quality food to suit all tastes.

Distances and travel: Barcelona Airport is approx 2 hours away, Reus and Valencia airports are about 1 hour. A car is recommended to fully explore and appreciate this beautiful area of Spain. The Orange Blossom Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes. Places to visit include Morella, a medieval walled town and Peniscola with its old town and famous castle over looking the sea. Port Aventura has a fantastic themed water park and Universal Studios Theme Park.

I've posted your keys back today - no damage or breakages! We have a fabulous holiday and your house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Alcossebre is a great family holiday destination. We ate out most nights and didn't have a bad meal at all, but Mare Nostrum and El Patio were our firm favourites! We visited Morella, Peniscola, the Water Park and the beaches were great. Our kids made lots of friends at the pool and it was great to sit on the terrace and watch them having fun. A very enjoyable holiday was had by all, but back to work tomorrow to start saving for the next one ! Regards Diane Craig and Family

Stayed in the above house for 3 weeks in May/June 2009. On arrival everywhere was clean and tidy and a small welcome pack was in the kitchen. We initially had a problem with the satellite dish and telephoned the owner, who immediately arranged for it to be repaired. The property overlooks a lovely pool, whch can be a little noisy at times, but in the main was quite lovely. The property is very well furnished and is also very well equipped with all you need for a home from home holiday. The area of Alcossebre is quite lovely with beautiful beaches and scenery. The owners were very helpful and gave us loads of information about the surrounding area.
