Completely renovated and upgraded, this two bedroom/two bath Prospector Square condominium is now available for rent. There is (owner's opinion) no better unit in the Sun Creek complex and no better value in all of Park City.

This ground-floor corner unit, which gets great light all day long, particularly in the morning, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all new Kraftmaid cabinets. The living room sports all new comfortable furniture and a slate tiled woodburning fireplace. One of the greatest additions has taken place in the master bath with the addition of a huge 35 square foot tiled walk-in shower. Both the master and second bedroom also have all new furniture and new bedding.

Although there is elevator access in the building, one short flight of stairs from the underground garage delivers you directly into the open air courtyard and onto the unit's front door. No long hallways to drag skis and luggage through. Once you park your car below there may not be need to use it again as the Sun Creek Condo sits right on the free Park City shuttle line which will take you to Main Street, all three ski areas and even the factory outlet stores.

About The Owner

We are Louisiana transplants living in Bellevue, WA. When we moved to the Northwest with our three children, we all fell in love with winter sports.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Park City

We have skied in many of the resorts in the West and we fell in love with Park City. We had the opportunity to purchase a place in the Suncreek complex in Park City we jumped at it. Now we enjoy the area year round and cannot wait to teach our grand child to ski.

What makes this condo unique

We catch the free bus right out of our unit to ski at any of the three resorts in the area. We enjoy walking the rail trail right out our back door.

We had a fabulous time at your condo over Christmas. It was so welcoming to find the basket of goodies on the counter. The games in the cabinet were well-used. We had a blast. Your kitchen was more than well-equipped. This was our second stay in Park City and we are sure to return. I walked the Union Pacific Trail every day. It was gorgeous. I had no idea it was that close to the building. The humidifiers were a godsend. Thank you.

Wonderful

This is a wonderful property. Thoughtfully maintained with lovely touches like nice sheets & towels and very comfortable beds. The location is great and the owners give great advice about where to eat, shop etc. while in Park City. A high recommend!

very comfortable condo

Our first stay in a VRBO condo and it worked great. The condo was well furnished and very clean. The location was perfect for us, near a bus stop, the walking trail and the health club. As a corner unit, there was lots of light. Being on the main floor, it was close to the elevator and the laundry room.

Suncreek Condo

Our second year staying here. We really like location. Condo is updated and nicely furnished. Less than 5 minutes from downtown and Park City Mountain Resort. 10 minutes to Deer Valley and Canyons. Underground parking is nice to have also. Variety of places to eat all within 5 minutes. Thanks to Paul and Lynn for making our stay a pleasant one.

Wonderful stay at a great condo

Having traveled all the way from Scotland for our 4th year visit to Park City, we were more than pleased to arrive at such a comfortable and well equipped condo.

It was great to see soap, shampoo, etc available so we could grab a quick shower before our first nights rest after a long days travel.

The owners were a joy to work with. No issues and great communication.

Didn't get round to using the hot tub but it looked nice. Access to bus stop was a few minutes walk, or 30 seconds for the yellow bus.

Would definitely book again if we return to PC.

Great value in Park City!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for a week while skiing in the Park City area. It was very comfortable, clean and homey. The kitchen was well stocked and it was very nice to have shampoo, body wash, a hair dryer etc. in the bathrooms which made travel easier. The beds were comfortable. You really had the feeling that you were staying in someone's home rather than a rented condo. It was also nice to have so many conveniences nearby (we were able to walk to Einstein's to get hot bagels every morning!). Overall, a great value for the money. We are pretty picky about accommodations and would stay here again!

Great condo!

Great condo! It was very nicely and tastefully furnished. We loved all the little amenities! Paul and Lynn made sure to stock the condo with all essentials we could have possibly needed. Very close to park city resort. There is a free shuttle but we used a rental car to get around. Everything we needed was within 5-10 minutes with the car. Great trail for walks in the back of the condo. Also great hill for sledding! Overall excellent place to stay and we would definitely come back! Thank you!

The Sun Creek Condominium complex sits right at the head of the Union Pacific Rail Trail, This is a 28 mile paved trail that is used all year long for walking, running, biking and cross country skiing, If you still feel you did not get enough exercise while skiing or mountain biking, just two blocks from the condo is the Silver Mountain Sports Club, a 20,000 square foot facility with state of the art cardio machines, weights, yoga, spinning and the large outdoor pools (covered in winter) are all just down the street!
