A top floor (with lift to 4th), modern apartment in a beautiful and well-maintained building.

This is a modern well equipped and tastefully decorated rooftop apartment with views over the town in an extremely convenient location within two minutes of the tramway on Nice’s main shopping street, to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, the old town, (the Cours Saleya with the market and fantastic bars, restaurants, and shops).

The apartment offers TV/Internet/DVD access, lift and air conditioning

PLEASE NOTE THAT ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT MUST BE NO LATER

THAN 8PM FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY, AND 2 PM ON SUNDAY.

PARKING: Please note that parking space is NOT provided with the rental apartment. There are public sheltered car parks throughout the town as well as metered and unmetered street parking.
