Fully furnished with new white goods and air conditioning. Quiet location but within walking distance of restaurant, kiosk, beach and bars. Allocated parking space and friendly neighbours. Dog and child friendly. 5 minute drive to Paphos harbour, 10 minute drive to Coral Bay & minute's drive to large Chloraka supermarket, pharmacy, bank, beauticians, hairdressers & shops. Taxi collection and drop off can be arranged by request. Bus stop for Paphos and Coral Bay located at bottom of hill below house.

Quiet suburban location with stunning panoramic views but within walking distance from restaurants, bars, kiosk and beach. Minutes drive from large supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bank, beauticians & hairdressers. Ten minute drive to Paphos and Coral Bay. Lots of amenities close by including scuba diving, water sports, riding, fishing, luxury spas, tennis and skiing in Troodos in winter. Historic places close by include Tomb of the Kings and Paphos harbour including over 10 UNESCO World Heritage sites. Cyprus is rich with Roman Remains. The amazing amphitheatre at Curium, just outside Limassol is well worth a visit as are the incredible mosaics in Paphos Harbour, which also boasts its own smaller amphitheatre. A bus stop is conveniently located at bottom of hill for water park, bird park zoo, market & Coral Bay one way and Paphos centre the other. Paphos airport is only 10 mins drive away. The house itself is furnished and equiped to a high standard. Excellent value for money!

Notes: There is double glazing and shutters on windows throughout the house. Bars with Sky sports are located within 150m walking distance. The swimming pool and complex are surrounded by lovely mature gardens. Many amenities are close by e.g. gym & spa. There's a famous fish market in Chloraka along with shops where you can buy fresh bread, pastries and newspapers. There is also a chemist nearby with a bank for exchanging your cash to Euros. There's a 24 hour kiosk located close by for all your essentials but if you want to do a big shop there are 2 large supermarkets within a short drive with locally priced products. Directions and a map to all the amenities can be found in the welcome folder inside the house.

Nearby Golf Facilities: There are 3 great golf courses within 20 - 30 minutes drive from Bella Vista. Tsada is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery and is an 18 hole course. Secret Valley is in a beautiful scenic setting, also an 18 hole course. The newest magnificent course is Aphrodite Hills Golf resort which is an 18 hole course approximately 20km from Paphos. Troodos Mountains - skiing & walking: Cyprus is an island of extremes. During the winter months you can bask in 70°F heat on the coast in the morning and go skiing in the snowfields of the Troodos Mountains in the afternoon. During January and February there is typically enough snow on the mountains of Cyprus to enable downhill skiing and snowboarding. In Paphos there is an adventure shop that can organise such trips. Equipment (ski & snowboard) can be hired at the bottom of the slopes. It takes one hour and a half to drive to the Troodos mountains. On the way, stop off at Platres and enjoy fresh fish from one of the trout farms there. In the summer, experience energetic hikes in cool mountain air through the lush pine forests.

Polis, Latchi & Akamas Nature Reserve: Polis & Latchi Drive to the furthest West tip of Paphos and hike around the Aphrodite trail. Have lunch in the beautiful marina or hire a speedboat and see the beautiful coastline from the water. You could jump onto an all day cruise from Paphos harbour and have lunch on the boat. Swim in crystal clear Mediterranean waters and if you're lucky you'll see turtles in their natural habitat. Go scuba diving and experience breathing underwater! Akamas Nature Reserve Akamas Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty and of great biodiversity and ecological significance - all a short drive away! Leave your car or take the bus to the end of the line. Walk through the Akavas Gorge or visit Lara Bay and watch the turtles hatch. This is a protected area so there are no buildings here. Enjoy the breathtaking limestone cliffs that slope gently into the sea and swim into the caves. This is where Cleopatra is rumoured to have dipped her toes into the ocean!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We really loved staying in a house with such a beautiful view and gorgeous swimming pool.
It was a very peaceful area at night and were pleased that we weren't kept awake by the noise of nightlife as we have been in other rental properties.
We'll definitely be returning soon maybe this Autumn.

We had a lovely relaxing break, it was very peaceful and everyone in the complex friendly and welcoming. The villa was great, very comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful. I would certainly recommend Bella Vista to others going to that part of Cyprus. With best wishes for successful lettings in the future.

Dreaming of being back in Cyprus!

The house was really nice, clean, comfortable and everything worked!

The air conditioning was a real bonus as it was very hot in July. It was good to be somewhere quiet, away from the madding crowds, but easy to get places.

The countryside is fabulous, especially the Troodos Mountains and the Akamas Peninsula and since being back home, I keep dreaming of being back in Cyprus again, so we are looking forward to returning and staying at Bella Vista again.
