Large very private and peaceful romantic apartment set in 1000 meters of garden full of fruit trees such as banana, mango, passion fruit and tropical flowers. Furnished to a very high standard with well appointed bedroom which as Italian design bedroom suite and large en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. Open plan Lounge area with large red leather settee, cinema sound Television, DVD, and Internet service. Dining area as beautiful fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee and sandwich maker and lovely hand carved dinning table and chairs. Outside there is a private entrance to the apartment and you also have your own very private garden with passion fruits fig trees and tropical flowers and a terrace with sea view, garden table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.

The apartment is ideally situated for exploring the island.

Located just 5 minutes from the lovely village of Ponta do Sol which is situated on the west side of the island and is arguable the warmest area of Madeira. From here you can visit Ribeira Brava, Caleta, Madelin do Mar, Jardine do Mar,Paul do Mar, which are all maximum driving time of between 5 and 15 minutes. All have a host things to see and do including beautiful sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages selling local cuisine. indoor and outdoor markets selling fresh local produce Museums indoor and out door swimming pools and very good selection of restaurants and cafés to numerous to mention. If you wish you can leave the car at home for the day and jump on the local bus that will take you to most parts of the island bus stop is 200m from the apartment. There is also a café, restaurant and well stocked store just a 3 minutes walk from the apartment and a supermarket, cash point, and shopping centre just a 5 minute drive.

  • A deposit of 60 Euro per week is required paid by bank transfer to secure the booking followed by the balance to be paid in cash on day of arrival. Bank Transfer Details for the Deposit will be E-Mailed to you if you decide to book our apartment.

    There will be a small charge for heating depending on the season.
    Full payment is required if booked less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
    All payments made will be non refundable if cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
