WE HAVE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET AT THE HOUSE.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in 'Peppertree' - Cypress Woods Estates, Poinciana, Kissimmee is set on a 1/4 acre lot and over looks a lake (yes you can fish!). The pool is private and not over looked. Cypress Woods, is 25/30 mins drive to Disney World and 40 mins to the other major theme parks. There is a community tennis court, ball park, fitness trail and children's play area in the township of Poinciana available to guests. Poinciana also has a Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart store plus many restaurants, banks, fast food, medical center and golf courses all 2 mins drive from the home! Make sure you vist the Nature consevancy, if you are enviromentally inclined ( Plus cape canerveral Seashore and Merit Island Wildlife refuge a 1 hour drive)

This home is fully furnished, tastefully decorated well equipped and maintained by local management. Upgrades such as tile, king bed , private solar heated pool and free international and free long distance calls all add to your stay. The home has a spacious floor plan 1,700 sq. feet, fully air-conditioned. The pool is large - 15 x 30 and solar heated, fully screened, and overlooks the lake. Relax by the pool, patio table and chairs plus Loungers are provided. There is a lanai to give shade, plus you can sit out if it rains!

Floor plan: The family room has a 3 seater sofa (also a sofa bed) 2 seater sofa and armchair, Cable TV, DVD player, video player, and has access to the pool area. The dining area has a large table (6 chairs) with view of the pool. The kitchen has a large table with chairs (4). The kitchen also has a breakfast bar - the master bedroom has a king, with cable TV with a door out to the pool area. There is a phone in this bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is upgraded - sunken garden tub, walk in shower, twin vanities, separate second bedroom has a full (double). The Third bedroom has 2 x twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with home also has a baby crib, highchair and stroller included in the kitchen is fully equipped, all appliances - full stove, grill, 4 ring burner, fridge with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. all dishes, pots and pans supplied. Large clothes washer and dryer. All linens and towels supplied. The home has a 2 car garage plus drive way. The home has a monitored alarm system. We have a lock box with code for your key.

We Have pre paid for the phone service - you get free International, free long-distance and of course free local calls for your stay. Bring your own computer, use your own server and be on line ( dial up speed ) at no charge!

The house was very clean, nice size, Pool was Great!. We have a special needs child, and everything worked out great. Close to all attractions you could ask for, it is nice short drive from any attraction back to the beautiful home.
Neighborhood is very nice, no problems. It is nice being able to come back and have peaceful home to rest, cook dinner and relax.
All the amenities to cook, do laundry and bathe. Nice features.

What a great way to spend two months of your life! We had decided to take a holiday in the Disney World area to fulfill our grand daughter's dream, which exceeded all her expectations, especially the pool after a long day at the various attractions. We had often landed in Florida on our way to somewhere else, but never spent anytime visiting it. This year we decided that we would stay put for a while and enjoy ourselves away from the Canadian winter. We were not disappointed, the villa was exactly as described on the website, and we immediately felt right at home. The tranquility of the area was absolutely wonderful. The villa was close to all amenities and attractions one would want to do, for all ages from 2 to 70. It was yet far enough to relax and enjoy the quiet time that my husband and I desired. We used the villa as a central point to visit Central and South Florida. It was really wonderful.

Thank you Michelle for our attention to all of our needs, making our stay a very pleasant experience. We were so pleased with our holidays that we booked another two months in the new Year.

A quiet relaxing vacation home

We stayed at this property (Kissimmee/Peppermill) the first week of October and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were the most comfortable! The kids used the pool EVERY day and fished at the lake. Michelle was helpful and we loved the lock box at the house to get the key. This made it easy after a long travel (from Pennsylvania/took train from Lorton, VA) we did not have to pick up the key at a rental agency. We went to Arabian Nights show which was 20 miles in Kissimmee and traveled to Cocoa Beach on two of the days. The beach was an hour and 20 minutes and was easy to get to from this location. There is a Publix very close, I believe about 2 miles. This was great when we first arrived and did our shopping or needed groceries during the week. We even rented movies there a couple evenings. I would book this property again if staying in the Kissimmee area.

Perfect Retreat!

Our family of 5 stayed at this Kissimmee Property (Peppermill) for a week in June. It was a great location and we didn't mind the 30 minute drive to Disney and other attractions each day. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the go. The home was comfortable, emaculate and very welcoming (although the back door/pool alarm did get annoying, but we understood the purpose for the protection of the children). The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

My wife and I spent our delayed honeymoon here after marrying (late in life) the year before, when my teenage kids were with us. We selected Poinciana as being a little way out of the main tourist locations and found the short drive each day the perfect opportunity to review, revise and sometimes even totally change our plans to meet the weather and the way we felt. All the shopping / takeaways you could want nearby. The beautiful lake to look out over with a glass of wine in the evening (sometimes from by the pool – sometimes from in the pool) allowed us to wind down each night. Michelle and her team could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and with the few queries we had.The house, which contained everything we needed throughout our stay, was immaculate when we arrived, and the maintenance men and women who came and went during our stay were friendly, polite, and very efficient.Very many thanks to all concerned.
