Spacious property, sleeps 8 to 12 people, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms

Villa CAROLA is bright and extremely spacious. This property has unique views, many balconies and terraces and a wonderful big pool. Villa CAROLA is ideal for friends sharing or family gatherings. We also cater for small infants (2 high-chairs and 2 baby-beds). The villa is fully equipped. There is air conditioning throughout. We also have strong wireless internet.

Ideal for max 8 adults + children.

Parking for up to 6 cars.

Major renovations took place during spring 2012:

A new master bathroom (bath + big shower), a new master WC area, 2 new dressing rooms, a new shower room...

Comments from clients: We, a bunch of friends stayed at villa CAROLA last year during May for 2 weeks. We had the most wonderful time, just relaxing and sightseeing. St. Paul is only 10 minutes away on foot what a beautiful village and the sea is in very easy reach. Bettina thank you for your suggestion to take the children for a day out at the Marineland in Biot. They were absolutely thrilled and still talk about the shark tunnel and the dolphin shows.

St. Paul is a very charming medieval village and known for its priceless art: paintings, sculptures and glassware. It also has very good restaurants, the most famous one being 'La Colombe d'Or'. The views around St. Paul are heavenly, green hills, loads of very colourful flowers in spring, many orange and lemon trees and most importantly a grand view onto the Mediterranean sea.

St. Paul has a privileged location between Nice and Antibes. Only 10min to the sea, 15min to the airport and around 45min to Monaco and Cannes. Many attractive villages like: Eze, Vence, Tourettes, Gourdon and Mougin are within 30 to 60min driving distance.

Maximum of 8 adults + children.

We spent Christmas & New Year at lovely villa Carolina.
Everything was just perfect. The property is very spacious. The view is wunderful and the village of St. Paul very close.
A brand new AC system had been put in place a few months befor our arrival and kept us warm during these 10 winter days.
The owners PA told us that renovation works will take place during spring 2012; a brand new master bathroom in contempory style, a new shower room and 2 new dressing rooms. We will definatly come back this summer and are looking forward to seeing these improvements.

We were 6 entrepreneurs and a trainer, and we've spent a long weekend in this magnificent place. Everything is perfect: the welcome, the space, the stunning view, the rooms, the pool, the terraces, the kitchen, the WiFi...

Just a little note to say that we had a wonderful stay at the villa back in October 2009. We can highy recommand this property as it has space and has the most perfect views onto St. Paul and the sea. The airport is in easy reach and so are all the attractions. We stayed for 2 weeks and I think we saw it all... Loved Monaco and its Casino in Monte Carlo. I recommand to go there on a saturday night to see and be seen... Amazing cars!!! We'll be back soon.

A very warm welcome, a great villa with lots of space, amazing views, fantastic location and lots of tings to do!
We LOVED St. Paul as we do really appreciate good art.

Nous sommes du Nord, alors St. Paul..., quelle différence! Toutes ces couleurs et toutes ces saveurs! La beauté du paysage, la proximité de la mer et ces pitoresques villages dans les allentours!
