This luxury spacious apartment has a master bedroom with a large king size bed, walk in closets and an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom and ample space. A spacious lounge/dining room which has access through sliding doors to a screened large west facing lanai overlooking a lake, a fountain and a natural woodland. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is cable TV in each room. (Video/DVD player and a radio in main lounge area) There is parking space and large garage. Tenants have access to the tennis courts, resort style swimming pool, putting green, bowling green and a luxurious Clubhouse. Downtown Naples and the miles of beaches are a short drive away.

Also access to garden and lake from Lanai. Fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. There is a seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is cable TV in each room (Video/DVD player and a radio in main lounge area). There is parking space and large garage. Tenants have access to the tennis courts, resort style swimming pool, putting green, bowling green and a luxurious Clubhouse. Downtown Naples and the miles of beaches are a short drive away.

Naples is the most sought after part of Florida on the south end of Florida's fabulous Gulf coast. Falling waters is a luxury gated community located 10 minutes drive from the restaurants and boutiques of downtown fifth avenue and third avenue and miles of sandy beaches. Naples is very near Everglades city, Marco Island and the Big Cypress National park reserve. Close to the wild life sanctuaries and the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.Its 30 minutes from Fort Myers International airport, Miami Airport is approx 1 hr 30 minutes drive and Orlando is 3 hr. Falling Waters is in a perfect location with easy access to Interstate highway 75 and Us Highway 41.

We stayed at the condo in Falling Waters in October 2008 and can't recommend it highly enough. The accomodation was beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. It's a very good location with easy access to Naples town with shops and restaurants, supermarkets very close by. Excellent swimming pool and grounds.
Highly recommend staying here.
