The appartment is within a residence; it is very quiet, modern and very clean. It is far away from the main street and you cannot hear the noise of the cars and traffic in general; you can hear the sounds of the waves ! It is located in a fabulous place. The beach is 5 minutes walking.The apt is small BIJOU and trust me, you will never forget the evenings spent on the terrace!

Monaco is very close by, with all its attractions..

You can find parking along the main street that is closed to the traffic and serves only the residence; it is very safe.

A perfect stay in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin!

Although the studio is small, it's very well equipped and furnished. It didn't feel cramped at all. And the location couldn't be better -- a short (5-10 minutes) walk from a beautiful section of beach!

The apartment has a huge terrace which is great for spending evenings outside and enjoying the lovely weather. An amazing view of the sea from the terrace. The pool is also very nice.

The owner's customer service was also excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioner for the first day. The owner was unable to find a technician to repair the unit (after much effort) -- but instead brought a portable air conditioning unit to the apartment and saved the day! Very helpful and great communication.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an experience in the south of France.

A little piece of Paradise!

We spent two weeks in this very compact but also very stylish and functional apartment. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the terrace is spacious and very private. Eating out at night was completely charming as the terrace is lit with emerald green lights that create a wonderful atmosphere. Also it must be mentioned that you can see up into the old town which clings dramatically to the mountainside as well as having spectacular sea views. The owner is extremely easy going and accommodating. And the complex itself is situated in a very peaceful location. It has been one of the nicest places we have stayed and we would definitely recommend this property. We will return. Best wishes Kash & Sebastian Shallcross, London

Perfect Holiday

We had a beautiful one week on the Cote d'Azur, at this small, but very-very nice and comfortable apartment. It is a very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment with a perfect location. It is an ideal accomodation for young couples. The beautiful beach is also very close to the flat. The owner provided a perfect customer service, he is very correct and hospitable. Thanks a lot for this perfect holiday!

L''appartamento, ideale per una coppia, merita un''ottima valutazione per il terrazzo con vista sul mare, il contesto signorile e tranquillo in cui si trova, la fornitura delle attrezzature. La bella spiaggia sottostante è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il proprietario è molto simpatico, ospitale e discreto
