Built in the mid 70s, in Mediterranean style, the apartments of Residence Piazza Italia have been recently finely restored and elegantly furnished.
The De Luxe apartment is comfortable and functional flat, based on the first floor, and has: entrance with a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, disengagement, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other one with two single beds), two large verandas. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, cups, pots and dishes) and, on request, it is possible to have bed and bath linen. The apartment overlooks a lovely square with flower garden.
In Piazza Italia there are nice shops: drugstores, Boutiques (clothing and accessories), Perfumeries, Beauty salons, Jewellery shops, Shoes shop, Cafés, Restaurants and Pizzerias. Shops open every day from the 15th of May until the 30th of September
From the 15th of June until the 15th of September Piazza Italia hosts shows and music entertainment for adults and children and food and wine events, starting from 9:30 pm and up to 00:30am.

•Final cleaning compulsory € 90,00
•Deposit € 150,00 compulsory - The deposit will be retained in case the rubbish will be left inside the apartment

•Extra cleaning € 18,00 per hour
•TV and Sat decoder € 50,00 per week for 20 inches TV - € 30,00 for 15 inches TV
•Complete kit Washing and Ironing: Whashing machine + iron + iron board € 50,00 per week
•Microwave € 30,00 per week
•Conditioned Air € 90,00 per week
•Barbecue € 20,00 per week
•Internet Wi-fi € 25,00 per week
•Extra bed ( bunk bed ) € 40,00 per week
