Notes

• For the Reserve, you have to do a pre payment of 25% of final price by bank transfer. On the day of check-in, receiving the keys and sign the rental agreement, you must pay cash (in cash), the amount of: 75% outstanding rent + 200 € (security deposit) + parking (optional) . We do not accept payment or credit card or travelers checks, bank drafts or with Security Deposit will be handed in the act of return of keys, as long as there is any damage to the property at the end of the stay. The apartment must be left clean swept and mopped. Otherwise, they are deducted from the deposit € 60 (Cleaning Fee). Check-in & Check-out: In principle, the entry would be at 16:30 pm, and departure at 11:00 am.
• Parking available (optional): BCN parking is expensive (about 3 € / hour ,40-60 € / day). It offers parking for 1 car next to the building at a special price: 15 € / 24/1 car. € estancia150 2 weeks. Sheets and towels included. It offers additional domestic maid service, apartment cleaning (1 time a week 3 hours: 45 €) and ironing (15 € / hour).
• Check-in & Check-out: In principle, the entry would be at 16:30 pm, and departure at 11:00 am. If for reasons of flight arrival time or other, they do not prove feasible schedule, please notify me so we can agree on this point. Our office hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. If you do the check-in after 20:00, there is a surcharge of 40 € (60 € later than 22:00; service check-in ends at 23:00). If you want to check out before 08:00, you must pay a surcharge: 50 € (06:00 to 06:30), 40 € (6:30 to 7:15) or 30 € ( 7:15 to 8:00). Check-out late - Luggage Deposit Service: If your flight is late-night, and you want to stop to enjoy the city taking their luggage in a safe and pick pudiéndolo afternoon when most convenient, tell that offer a luggage storage service, the price: 10 € / person.
