This is accommodation with a unique difference. Our boat is a new 4 star Canal widebeam, fitted to an exceptionally high s an ideal holiday for families or groups of friends holidaying together and the boat is exclusively yours throughout your stay. Pets are welcome too.
The boat is moored in Henley-On-Thames in beautiful parkland setting and only a 5 minute walk to Henley town centre. There is free parking close by.
We really like our guests to experience the stunning scenery the River Thames has to offer and so we offer a complimentary cruise on boat GEANNA during your stay (for weekend breaks or longer). We do the driving for you and then once safely moored up, leave you to enjoy your holiday. Perfect for celebrating that special occasion or simply relaxing with family and friends. For larger group bookings for up to maximum 17 people, why not also book our other boat GINA and moor them side by side? Ideal for family celebrations or hen parties or any occasion.
There is nothing quite like waking up to the sounds of wildlife and seeing herons, swans and other birds.
Visit the famous Henley Royal Regatta in July /June or why not combine this with a visit to Windsor or London? Henley is within easy reach of the train station which has trains running to Reading. from Reading there are frequent trains to London (half an hour by train from Reading to London Paddington) , oxford and Windsor.
The annual 80's rewind Music festival in London is always popular and you can be moored within easy walking distance to the festival.
The River Rowing Museum in Henley provides interest for all the family. The parks on the banks of the Thames at Henley provide ample space for children to play, family picnics or dog walking. All ammenities are within walking distance.
For those of you wanting to try something a bit different, why not book a day's rowing experience with the Henley Rowing Association? This is ideal for those with no rowing experience who have always wanted to have ago. Or why not take a short drive and visit the local winery or Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) or the Harry Potter Studios film set.
