100 square meters apartment, large terrace, well furnished apartment, sleeps 2 people.

The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator to the 4th floor, then stairs to the 5th floor).

it consists of:

Large terrace (60 square meters).

Living room with access to the large terrace, satellite TV and air-conditioning.

Kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven, washing machine).

Dining room.

Bedroom with full-sized bed, TV and air-conditioning

Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Balcony.

The elevator reaches the 4th floor, then there are 18 steps to the apartment on the fifth (and last) floor of the building.

We are within walking distance of most of Rome's major sites. We advise against using a car in Rome (but if you do have a car, pay parking is available in a parking garage close to the apartment). It is possible to take taxis to visit sites farther away.

Rome is also well connected by bus. There is a bus stop just down the street from the apartment, and there are 2 subway stations not far away.

  • A bank transfer in the amount of 25% of the rental price is due upon reservation.
    The remaining balance is due by bank transfer 30 days before guests' arrival. A voucher will be sent to you upon receipt of the balance.
    A refundable safety deposit of € 500,00 is due upon arrival. At the end of your stay, your deposit will be returned to you, barring any property damage.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful nights in this most charming and well appointed apartment. Although it has only one bedroom, the patio, living and dining areas are large and comfortably allowed us to entertain friends and family.
The location was ideally central, allowing us to reach all the most popular sites with ease.
With newspaper stand, fresh produce market and supermarket literally around the corner, we had everything on hand for a truly memorable holiday.
As first time users of HomeAway, we are hooked, and will without doubt be booking our holidays in Italy and elsewhere, through this website.

Great location for exploring Rome

The Penthouse Apartment is in a great location to explore Rome. Close enough to visit Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Vatican, Forum and Collosseum on foot, but situated far enough away from any of them to relax on the terrace in the evenings.

The apartment itself was clean and well looked after, and had everything we needed to call it home for the week.

We would thoroughly recommend this to any friends or family visiting Rome, and communication with the owners was excellent throughout.

We have just returned from an unforgettable 2 week holiday in Rome. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
The apartment is in a peaceful spot in a superb site surrounded by ancient buildings in the center of Rome. The terrace is just perfect for relaxing afternoons in the warm southern sun and also for a romantic midnight.
Inside the apartment is really like the external area; neat, tidy, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need and nothing missing.
All facilities,restaurants, places to visit are all very near by and easy to get to, by the way you are in the center of Caput mundi. The perfect Roman holiday!!
Our overall rating must be 10/10.

Our stay was fantastic.The location is prime and so is the penthouse.Its is exquisite , with gorgeous furnishings, well equipped.The terrace looks over the Tiber as well as the Parco del Pincio.It is an oasis of peace in the heart of Rome.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Right in the center of Rome

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here, we really felt that because of the apartment's location we were able to get the most out of our time in Rome. It is close to everything in the center, perfect for walking all over. The Spanish Steps are literally down the street.
We also loved having such a big terrace, we used it every night. The apartment itself has a lot of character, everywhere you look there are nice little touches, and there's plenty of room, we found it very comfortable. It was like a home away from home, we hope to be back before too long!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
