The Jumeirah Lake Tower development is one of Dubai's premier sites built by ABER Facilities Management. Set in the centre of the development, between two lakes and surrounded by lush landscaped gardens,within easy reach of shopping malls, business districts, beaches and golf courses. Dubai Marina is a ten minute walk,with its Mall & Multiplex cinema, shops, restaurants & coffee bars. The building contains its own health suite with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna & gym. This apartment comes with private underground parking as well as guest spaces provided. Special rates will be agreed for long term rentals.

The apartment is located within the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, there is a monorail station 2 minutes walk from the apartment & is connected to all major facilities within Dubai through a motorway that exits onto the development. There are three large shopping malls, both within ten minutes drive from the apartment, with all the high street shops & multi-cuisine restaurants. The closest mall, Dubai Mariner Mall, is only 3 minutes walking distance & has a new multiplex cinema. A 5 minute drive will take you to the 'Ibn Battuta Mall', which boasts a 21 screen cinema & themed halls. Another of these malls is 'the Mall of the Emirates', which houses the famous ski Dubai facility. The Burj Al Arab and large waterpark are also closely linked by taxi. The old town of Deira is 15 minutes drive & has all the traditional soukes, including the famous gold souke. The new theme park, Dubailand, will also be within 15 minutes drive as well as various golf courses and dune buggy ride.
