Renovated with quality, this small villa is located very close to the heart of Cascais nightlife. The street where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can benefit from the proximity of lots of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The beach is also by walking distance. From here you can visit Estoril and Sintra very easily. Lisbon is also reachable very easily using the convenient train that connects Lisbon-Cascais. The arrival of the train connects with Lisbon metro. Also an excellent place to be for golf enthusiasts because of the several golf courses available in the area (Estoril, Penha Longa, Quinta da Beloura, Quinta da Marinha). You can do everything at walking distance and you also have bikes to rent for free (BICAS) with two pickup points in Cascais (Train Station and Cidadela).

Two weeks in historic Cascais

We spent two weeks in this lovely apartment and had a great time. It's very well situated, just minutes away from the beach, shops/restaurants, and train and bus stations. The older part of Cascais is lovely and we much preferred it to the newer developments on the edge of the town.
The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities and facilities we required, although air conditioning would have been a bonus. Everything was new and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities in particular are excellent. We didn't spend much time in the sitting room as it got very hot, but the large bright bedroom and terrace upstairs are terrific and we spent as much time as possible enjoying the outside space, especially in the evenings.
I would be happy to recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit the area. We have stayed in Kaza Portugal properties before and found Luis and his colleagues to be excellent.

Very nice apartement, newly renovated. We are are a family of five, the kids are between five and ten. We all slept upstairs in one room and then the kitchen, bathroom and livingroom were downstairs. Smaller kids is not to recommend because of the staircase. Nice and quiet terass, could be better with nicer furnitures. The house is up a hill, but very close to the Towns center. We are very pleased with our stay and are happy to recommend it to others.

Superb location

This apartment is located near Cascais centre, but it is really quiet. It has been renovated recently as everything is in excellent condition. There were everything you could need for a nice holiday (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, fully equipped kitchen). This apartment would really benefit from an air-conditioning, it's perfect except that.

We had a really good service from Luis, and he did everything to help us settle. We would recommend this apartment to friends.

sehr schicke und gemütliche Villa

Diese Villa mit modernem Design und besonders sauber empfehlen wir gerne weiter.Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, sehr zentral gelegen mit besonderem Chick. Die Unterkunft ist neu renoviert und hat in der Parterre ein sehr schönes und großes neues Badezimmer. Die Küche ist besonders schön und voll eingerichtet . Eine schmale Treppe führt in das Schlafzimmer im 1.Stock, welches besonders schön eingerichtet ist. Dort geht man auf eine große Terrasse mit wunderschöner Abendsonne. Ein großer Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden.Die Betreuung war sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit.
Mehrere neue Elektroheizungen sind für kühle Tage im Winter vorhanden.
Wäsche neu und in großer Menge ebenfalls vorhanden. Caiscais ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort mit Stränden ca.300m nahe der Unterkunft und auch der Wochenmarkt ist in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Ca.5. min ist die Bahnstation entfernt um nach Lissabon zu fahren. Caiscais bietet kostenlos Fahrräder an mehreren Stationen an und der Radweg entlang der Küste ist sehr gut ausgebaut.Eine Buslinie bringt Sie nach Sintra.
Ein sehr schöne Unterkunft für alle Interessierten: Sport, Sightseeing, Ruhe,und die Nähe von Lissabon lassen keine Minute Langeweile aufkommen.
Ein Auto benötigt man für diese Unterkunft nicht.
Wir buchen schon wieder für das nächste Jahr!

Este dúplex en Cascáis es muy recomendable.La casa es nueva y está súper bien situada. Contarás con una terraza para tomar tus desayunos disfrutando del clima de Cascais.
