The Bungalos are one of the newer additions to the Baytowne neighborhood of the Sandestin Resort which is an exclusive, gated family beach resort in Miramar Beach / Destin FL. Extensive landscaping with lush flowers, trees and Florida cottage style architecture sets the tone. Our Bungalo has that quaint Tommy Bahama / Key West appeal complete with furnished screened in lanai and Outdoor grill. It boasts high ceilings & doorways, Travertine limestone floors w/ designer area rugs, a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, it is fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout and includes a beautiful king master suite complete w/walk-in closet and shower. Also included is two queen guest rooms as well as a queen sofa sleeper. A large screen Cable TV with a DVD home theater, AM & FM Stereo system. This home features a television in every bedroom! The Bungalos are very family-friendly and you have the added benefit of knowing the resort offers 24 hr Sandestin Security personnel. The Resort is known for its beautiful beaches with the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white sands. The famous Finz Restaurant and occasionally a live band right at the beach. The Emerald Coast, known for it’s clear emerald green water, is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach'. The sand is unique, so soft that it will squeak under your feet. It's no wonder that it is considered one of the finest beaches in the world! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.
The Bungalos are very family-friendly and are secure with the Resort's Security personnel. It is very close to the pool (about 250 ft) with dressing and restrooms, lounge chairs and extra guest parking. It also has a putting green for the Children to enjoy. This is one of the nicest pools in the resort.
It is just a very short drive with ample parking to the Resort's beautiful, pure white beaches, marina, golfing or the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Close to Jolee (Pirate) Island (children's playground) and grocery store. There is a lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel under highway to the beach side. The resort has miles of running/bike trails. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Village at the Wharf to see the fabulous ocean going yachts!

There is limited parking in most areas of the resort, you may park 2 vehicles, possibly three if small enough in front of properties, parking is the street is not allowed due to emergency vehicle access, otherwise special arrangements need to be made with security for more autos or RV's. Violations may result in fines.
