FLORIDA'S TROPICAL OASIS

Stayed at this stunning house in October 2010, its better than discribed when you walk in its got the wow factor. Perfect for getting away from the Florida Disney scene. Thanks to Todd for taking us on two very memorable fishing trips in the gulf we then fired up BBQ to eat the fish caught in the gulf, perfect. We will be back as soon as time suits. Cant understand why someone would give this house average its absolutely superb. We went as three families so worked very good value. The best getaway ever so much tried buy the house next door.

I'm glad I read all of the reviews and didn't stop at the first one. I found everything to be very accurate in fact more than fair in the property description. This home is beautiful. I had a hard time getting my wife to leave it! She loves to cook and the kitchen is amazing.

One of our favorite areas was the pool deck. The outdoor area is divided into different sections with one area housing a grill and 6 seat table, another area set like a living room with a television and on the main pool deck there are areas for sunbathing, a fire pit to enjoy at night and even a bocce ball court! The pool has a really cool waterfall which we loved listening to, a sundeck and hot tub. I could have stayed my whole vacation out on the deck.

Upstairs was nice with two full bathrooms, another living room, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, in addition, there was a fun little hidden room with bunk beds and a t.v. for children. The two bedrooms in the rear of the home open onto an upper level deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the view was spectacular! The house manager also set up a elevated queen air mattress allowing us to get 10 people on the second floor. (We had teens on the airbed which worked out fine)

Master suite was huge and so amazing. King size bed in here. There is one more bedroom on this floor housing a queen bed and in the game room there is a full size futon allowing us to sleep 6 on the downstairs of the home. Two full bathrooms here also.

The owner has a vinyl notebook on the kitchen bar with directions to all the most beautiful beaches in the area along with a list of favorite restaurants and information about theme parks. There were some small beaches within a couple of miles but we found it was worth the thirty minute drive to check out Caladesi Island. The home is waterfront and has a boat dock. We were able to rent the owners boat with captain and he took us a short trip out to Anclote Key which was amazing!!!! The kids collected tons of shells! If you can't drive or are uncomfortable driving a boat there was information on local charters that will come right out and pick you up! You may want to note that it was a little chilly as the local weather was unually cool, so we were told, but it was still great none the less!!

We were in awe with this home, even better than advertised.!!! family had the best vacation of all time, so much to do, private boat trip,
fantastic pool, fishing from dock lots of fun, good catch Red fish!
places to go, hired jest skis....amazing sunsets, very tranquil.
