Apartment completely renovated, has 4 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Third up to a total of 6 floors, with gas heating throughout the house. Building with elevator. It is located very close to Avenida Peris y Valero, one of the main thoroughfares of the city, which comes directly from the Manises Airport Road, located about 7 km, and the famous North Station, very close to just 1 km away. It is halfway between the historic center, famous for its architecture and nightlife, and the City of Arts and Sciences, which has one of the best aquariums in the world, 'Oceanographic'. There are also several buses and the subway line 2 is currently under construction in the area.

Among the prominent visitors is La Lonja, a jewel of Gothic civil architecture, the Palacio del Marques de Dos Aguas, the Central Market, North Station.
