    All taxes included.
    At the chek - in day it's necessary to give at the owner a deposit of 150,00 €uro which it will be returned at the end of your stay to protect fornitures in the room.
    The cleaning of the room it's every 7 days and at the end of the stay, it cost 30,00 euro per week.
    The final cleaning cost 15,00 euro...
    In the price it's included bed linens, bath linens and internet wi-fi connection.

  • Important notices:
    • The minimum stay is:
    2 nights in Low season, 3 in Medium-low and 4 in Mid-season - 5days in the Middle season - 6 nights in High season. During Italian holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights

    • The rates include the cost of electricity, water, gas for cooking and the tourist tax
    • it is possible (subject to the availability of the unit ) adding beds. The daily price of each additional bed is related to the seasonal of the period
    • The rate is weekly with a discount for a 7 nights stay (including the weekend) or daily at a full price

This place is Paradise

I can not say enough good things about this beautiful apartment or it's gracious host. Elia met us when we arrived and helped the 4 of us (girls with a terrible overpacking problem) with our luggage. He stayed and walked us through the apartment, familiarized us with it's features, and recommended several excellent places to eat. He was available throughout our stay to answer questions, arrange excursions and transportation, etc. The apartment itself is spotless and well equipped with beautifully manicured grounds. As beautiful as the pictures are they don't do it or the views justice. Everywhere you look is like a postcard. Praiano is only a few miles and a short bus ride from Positano. The location was perfect and it was very quiet at night (which was a nice change from Florence and Rome). Elia also came back early on the morning that we left just to help us get our luggage to the car. Thank you Elia for a wonderful stay! We look forward to seeing you on our next visit. Angie

Very clean, spacious rental (breath taking view)

This rental was everything we could hope for and more!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Elia and his mother (who brought us refreshments).

The place is stunning, we were blown away by the level of cleanliness! (this property is only two years old!)

Our apartment had two very large bedrooms with very nice large bathrooms, as well as a kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes-we were able to cook meals almost every night!)

In addition, Elia (one of the property owners) provided us with unlimited support (he booked our excursions, negotiated prices and helped us our as much as he could)

We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, spacious apartment with a gorgeous view!

Thank you Elia and family for everything you did for us during our stay!

Hope to be back soon to use that amazing new hot tub!
