• Please note that rates are indicative as we have an advanced dynamic booking system that generates rate for us depending on popular dates demand, price is sometimes lower but may also sometimes be slightly higher.
  
  For stays 3 nights and less, weekend nightly rates will apply and subject to availability, please inquire.
  For long stays, discounted rates are applicable, please inquire.
  
  No cleaning fee is required.
  No refundable security deposit is required.

  A holding deposit is required to confirm booking. Please note that booking is only confirmed once holding deposit is received.
• Cancellation Policy
  All cancellation must be given in writing.
  
  For bookings of 1 or 2 apartments OR for stays of less than 2 weeks, any cancellations made:
  30 days and more prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 10% of rent due or £50 admin fee or whichever is higher.
  22 days - 29 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 35% of rent due
  7 days – 21 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 85% of rent due
  Less than 7 days to arrival or NO SHOW will incur a penalty of 100% of rent due
  
  For bookings of more than 2 apartments OR for stays of longer than 2 weeks, any cancellations made:
  22 days and more prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 35% of rent due or £50 admin fee or whichever is higher.
  8 days - 21 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 85% of rent due
  Less than 7 days to arrival or NO SHOW will incur a penalty of 100% of rent due
• Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
  Reducing the number of nights after your booking has been confirmed for your stay will be treated as a cancellation for the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please see above for details.
  
  Cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than the one originally booked.
