Colina Vista is a detached villa which affords clients privacy. Terraces surround the house. On the terrace to the front of the house you can relax on the sunbeds and enjoy the sun all day. On the upper terrace you can watch the sun set over the hills whilst enjoying a barbeque which has been prepared in the adjacent barbeque house and paellero. The house is comfortably appointed with all you should require. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer plus another large fridge ideal to keep all drinks cool. Water for cooking is pumped from the quaint well in the kitchen. The large Carrefour store can be reached within a twenty minute drive and there you will find everything you may require. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
A ten minute drive takes you to Sagunto, one of the most historical cities on the Mediterranean. The castle of Sagunto constitutes one of the most important jewels of Roman culture in Spain and is well worth a visit. A short drive inland takes you to the pretty town of Navajas where on a Saturday night in July and August, you can enjoy a musical or artistic concert under the stars, down by the waterfall. A little further inland takes you to the mountain spa town of Montanjeos where you can swim at the gorge. At Benicassim, you will find an adventurous waterpark. All the fun and enjoyment of the Costa beaches can be reached within a twenty minute drive. The beach at Canet d' en Berengeur features over one kilometre of fine sand, a large, unspoilt stretch of sand dunes and calm waters perfect for swimming. It also boasts a fine marina. The bars and restaurants scattered along the promenade guarantee entertainment and leisure activities.
Golf is available at Betera, El Bosque Golf & Country Club and El Saler. El Bosque is situated 6km. from the new Valencian International Motor Circuit Ricardo Tormo. Skiing is available in Teruel at Valdelinares just over an hour's drive away. There are just eight pistes-two green, three blue and three red runs.
Colina Vista is a 30 minute drive from Valencia Airport but can also be reached from Alicante and Reus airports.
Within 10 minutes drive from the house is Sagunto railway station which is on the main east coast rail line with access to local, national and international rail links. This station is ideal for parking the car and taking the train into the heart of Valencia for shopping and sight-seeing.
