Do you want a beach rental that does not feel like a rental? Not only is our place on the beach (like walk right onto the sand!) but we have furnished it like home with:

* Every appliance and piece of furniture recently replaced.

* Updated, full sized Kitchen.

* Full-size TV with DVD/VHS player. Video library with a few DVD's. Sattelite.

* California king beds in 2 bedrooms.

* Trundle bed (2 twins) in 3rd bedroom.

* Central air conditioning.

* Access to washer and dyer (if you plan on staying over a week).

* Gorgeous ocean views with breathtaking sunsets in the evening.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation staying here. Our kids loved walking out the back door to play on the beautiful sandy beach. Kay was very sweet and nice to work with. The home was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Thanks again for a great trip!

WOW !

Wow , great place. I only stayed the weekend but am returning in another week. I did look at other places and have to say this place is ideal. Right on the beach. Patio is covered and you can sit in the shade. Kitchen is large and perfect to entertain, prepare meals while your family or friends sit around the counter on comfortable bar stools.

You will not be disappointed for a romantic getaway or family fun on the beach.

I love it and will return again and again as I really do not need to see another place.
More than I ever expected!!

Very nice

We had a great time. The only regret we had is the stairs to get to the condo (it is in the lower level) just because we had a bunch of beach toys! This condo is in great shape, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very complete. We really enjoyed it.

This by far has been the greatest place my family and I have ever stayed in. We couldn't believe how well equipped it was. This condominium has everything that one might need when traveling away from home. It really felt like home. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the evenings enjoying the ocean view. I am going to recommend this place to my family and friends. My family and I can't wait to go back to Kino Bay and stay at this place again.
