This luxury apartment is on the second floor with elevator. This design apartment has just been refurbished and all facilities are top quality.

This luxury and design accommodation has an ample living room and kitchen with all equipments. Amenities include TV, DVD and CD player. The two bedrooms feature double beds (king size) that can be changed into two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

There is a crib/cot available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

It features air and heat conditioning and 1 balcony to Bravo Murillo Street, a main street in Madrid although quiet.

The apartment is only 2 minutes walking distance from Parque del Canal, ideal for golf training and jogging and where you have different play ground for children.

Movies theatre in original version are 2 minutes walking.

This spacious 2 bedrooms luxury apartment has excellent location, on the peaceful side of one of the most charming neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid (Chamberi), which makes it the best option for accommodation for couples, families with children, persons going to Madrid for business and in general for any people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas but far from the old city noise.

If you are coming on business, please note this is also very near AZCA business zone.

It has easy access to buses, subway (Metro station Cuatro Caminos) with connections to the main metro lines to the old Madrid Centre. It is also near from Nuevos Ministerios Railway Station (just one metro station or 3 bus stops) and very well connected to Atocha or Chamartin Railway Stations (direct subway line). All main tourist attractions can be reached with Subway lines 1 or 2 ( you can reach Plaza de España in 3 short stops, Gran via in 5 short stops, Sol in 6 short stops

  • If you wish to rent this apartment in Madrid, you should know that the full price is calculated taking into account the season, the number of nights The base price is quoted for a seven nights stay and the amount is 500, 600, 700 or 750 EURO very low, low, medium and high season respectively.
    Each additional night costs 45, 50, 60 or 70 Euro more, depending on the season for very low season January 7th to the end of February. Low season is March and November 1st to December 23rd. Medium season is April, May and October. High season is from June 1st to end of September, Christmas (from December 24th to January 6th).
    The lower number of nights to be charged is 3 (five in Christmas).
  • If you wish to rent this apartment in Madrid for a long stay (one month or longer) special prices, to be negotiated, are applied.
    There is a 200 Euro damage deposit to be returned when you leave the apartment (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the apartment, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).
    The time for check-in is at your convenience from 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 11:00 hours but if there are no other clients arriving the same day or arriving late in the afternoon or in the evening, you can leave later. Please ask to the landlord at your arrival if you are interested in leaving after 11:00 hours. If your actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours you must pay a 30 Euro supplement.
    The renting is done under the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos in force in Spain.

The prior reviews have solid details about the convenience of the location to the next-door bakery (we went there each day), the Cuatro Caminos metro stop, three nearby supermarkets, and the park (so pleasant in the early evening). What I will add is two things: (1) this apartment was cleaner than any hotel that I've experienced and (2) the owner and family are extremely accommodating and professional and are the sort of people you are happy to do business with. There was excellent communication before the visit, all arrangements were clear, and they were responsive to all of our questions and needs. Now for the best recommendation that I can give to any travel accommodation, which is that I plan to visit Madrid again with my wife and two children this apartment is the only place that I will choose for my stay.

Modern, comfortable apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in Jan. Very comfortable. having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was very nice and new. Cuatro Caminos metro station a very short walk from the apt. Julio was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and took us on a short tour of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Perfect accommodation in good location

We stayed for five nights in the apartment (two adults and two teenagers). We were welcomed by Julio the owner as agreed at the apartment. Julio showed us all the necessary things in the apartment and even took us a short walk around local area to point out shops, butchers, restaurants etc. The apartment is just as it looks online, clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The location for us was perfect, handy for the metro or we walked into the main city which is pleasant too. Downstairs next door is a bakery which sells lovely bread and huge croissants which were delicious for breakfast. We ate at the bar on the corner which is a very traditional Spanish bar/restaurant with a good atmosphere. Went there for a drink too and had tapas on the house! This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. I would not hesitate recommending it to family and friends. Thank you Julio for everything and for the use of the apartment on our last day due to our late flight home.

Excellent location

We visited Madrid for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was just as described, well equipped modern and clean. The apartment is only about 20 mins from the airport by taxi and we were met as arranged for our check-in. There are lots of cafés bars supermarkets and other shops close by and it is a very short walk to metro stations. There are bus stops close by as well so access the centre of Madrid is very easy and takes only about 10 mins. For example the no. 45 bus goes directly to the Paseo del Prado. The apartment's wireless internet worked well and the apartment appeared to be well equipped with things needed to cook although we did not use these. Eating out locally is good value. The showers are small but good and the beds are comfortable. Overall the apartment is great for a short stay in Madrid for 2 couples. We will be returning.

A luxury stay in central Madrid

I had a conference in Madrid for 3 days and took my wife and kids and extend the stay other 4 days making a weekly visit to this beautiful, modern, clean and well organized city of Madrid. We have chosen this apartment at first beacuse of its vicinity to the place where my conference was held and at the same time Santiago Bernabe stadium is extremely close with a 2 metro stops so I watched Real-Bayern alive. The owner was extremely helpful and hospital and showed all practical things, how to buy metro and bus tickets, where to go to shop around etc. He even took me to the stadium the day before macth to collect my ticket I bought online from home. The apartment itself is like a luxury apartment suite at 5 stars hotel with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a new well functioning kitchen and all washing facility, a fantastic for business and pleasure stay alike. What is amazing with this apartment it is extremely well connected with the other parts of Madrid, for example just 5 metro stops to the heart of Madrid, Puerta de Sol, and just 2 minues walk to the metro. There are also buses to take you everywhere throughout the city. And early morning or late evening, there is a fantastic park close to the apartment for jogging, playing the tennis or golf. To recommend for shopping is "El corte Ingles" department store, where all kinds of clothes and garments can be found on 7 floors. Everything close with excellent public transport to all amenities in Madrid (Teleferico, Zoo, etc..) We even took kids to WB amusement park. With transport within 1 hour, with a car 40 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Julio (the owner) for all his hospitality. Nedim Hodzic with family from Stockholm, Sweden.
