EXECUTIVE 4 BED DISNEY VILLA WITH POOL & JACUZZI FREE WIFI !!

We stayed in this home during a holiday to Disney. It could not have been more perfect! The house was comfortable, with lots of space and excellent facilities. It was a perfect retreat from the madness of Disney with two small children! After a day at the parks (which are only about 20 minutes drive away), the kids could go for a swim and had plenty of space to chill out and relax - so did we! We said it would be a once in a lifetime trip, but after having such a great time, the house being part of it, we will be back and would highly recommend Andy and Denise's property for location, comfort and relaxation!

BOOKING/RESERVATION:
I've searched every website to look for a villa with reasonable rates & perfect location (took me almost a month). Some website would have cheaper daily/weekly rate but you have to pay for service/management fee (which is a very substantial amount on top of your total rental). What surprised me the most with Andy & Denise's villa rate is: the rate that is listed here is their TOTAL RATE. Tax is included, oh yes, tax is already included. Unlike other website, you communicate with property managers. With Andy & Denise, you deal directly with them (and they reply to your email right away). Very convenient and safe booking/reservation.

THE PLACE:
Well maintained and clean. The villa had everything that the whole family needs. More than enough clean towels, change of bedsheets, Tv in every room. We all felt very much at home. Short drive to Disney & Universal and very close to restaurants, supermarket and most esp. Walmart, where you can buy all your supplies for your stay. The pool & jacuzzi was clean, but you have to give 24hr notice if you want the pool to be heated.

We had a very relaxing & hassle free vacation. Everything went smooth without any glitches.

Would definitely recommend to friends & relatives. And would definitely come back again!!!

We have holidayed to Florida 9 or 10 times since 2000 and rented about 8 villas in this time. Consequently we have become quite fussy over the years.
Andy and Denise’s villa ticks all the boxes for me and we definitely would not hesitate to stay there again.
One of the main things I look at when booking a villa, is the view from the pool area. The villa scores full marks for this with its unspoiled conservation view and grassy valley immediately to the rear.
A Florida Mocking bird would quite often visit the trees close to the pool and share with us his extensive repertoire.
The pool area itself although not one of the biggest I have seen does boast a very nice spa which has 2 powerful timed pump settings. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the spa after a long day at the parks and looking out at the sun setting behind the fabulous view.
The spacious villa has many plus points including a 50 inch plasma TV with cable, TV’s in every bedroom and free high speed wireless internet available for anyone wishing to stay in touch.
There is also one of the biggest bedrooms I have seen in any villa. At about 25ftx25ft with a double door entrance, the master suite is quite impressive.
All bedrooms are ample in size and on the 1st floor which is probably the best layout for families with smaller children and differing bedtimes.
The carpeted games room although not by any means the best to be found in Orlando, does provide great family entertainment none the less, with air hockey, Pool and table tennis.
All in all a great villa for a very reasonable price.
