ANNUNCIO NON CORRISPONDENTE - PESSIMO TRATTAMENTO

L'appartamento che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo non corrisponde alla recensione pubblicata, e le foto appartengono ad appartamenti diversi. Si tratta in realtà di una piccolissima mansarda open-space scomoda anche perchè con soffitti molto bassi e con spazi non idonei ad ospitare 4 persone. E' arredata in maniera approssimativa e inadeguata, negli angoli ci sono accatastati mobili avanzati da altri appartamenti e lascati in deposito e lo spazio presenta pericolosi spigoli ad altezza testa in zone di passaggio (il televisore, la cappa ...) l'attrezzatura da cucina è ridicola. Anche il riscaldamento è tenuto al minimo. Il proprietario, signor Nicola, solo dopo il nostro disappunto nel vedere l'appartamento ha confessato di essersi accorto dell'errore ma non ha ritenuto di avvisarci qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo. Era la settimana di carnevale e le nostre possibilità di altrenativa una volta sul posto erano limitate. In più pretendeva che l'ultimo giorno lasciassimo l'appartamento alle 8.30 e non ci ha offerto la possibilità di lasciare da qualche parte le valigie per poter sciare comodamente e riprenderle nel pomeriggio magari potendoci cambiare. Durante i 5 giorni di permanenza ha avuto sempre scuse che si sono rivelate evidenti bugie. La cosa che più ci ha ferito è la completa mancanza di sincerità nei nostri confronti: un pessimo ospite, una pessima sistemazione, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

The apartment that we found when we arrived did not match with the published on the site, and the photos belonged probably to other different apartments. This is actually a small open-space loft uncomfortable because ceilings were low; the corners were dangerous since the TV and the hood were positioned at head height in passageways. Space was absolutely not suitable to accommodate 4 persons. The decor and equipment was minimal and inadequate; some furniture were stacked on either side of the room, even the heating is kept to a minimum. The owner, Mr. Nicholas, after our disappointment in seeing the apartment has confessed to have noticed the error but he did not think to tell us before our arrival. In addition, the last day he demanded to leave the apartment at 8:30 and we were not offered the opportunity to leave our baggages somewhere before the our departure scheduled in the afternoon. The thing that has hurt us is the complete lack of sincerity: a bad host, a bad arrangement, strongly discouraged.

A chiunque mi richieda un appartamento in affitto per pochi giorni o per una settimana suggerisco ‘l appartamento che risulta disponibile nel periodo richiesto ed idoneo al numero di ospiti componenti il gruppo. Inoltre evidenzio sempre che il periodo di permanenza inizia alle ore 10 del giorno di arrivo e termina alle ore 9 del giorno di partenza, la dove l’ orario può essere flessibile nella mattinata solo se non vi sono altri ospiti in arrivo.
Preciso che la mia abitazione privata non può essere utilizzata dagli ospiti per doccia e cambio abiti prima della partenza.
Pertanto ritengo che il viaggiatore non ha gradito la mia indisponibilità ad ospitare tutta la sua famiglia nella mia abitazione dal primo mattino fino a tarda ora del giorno di partenza.

To all guests that want to rent an apartment for few days or for a week, I suggest the best apartment available for the group in the period. More I specify that the arrival time is no before 10,oo o'clock and departure time no less 9 o'clock.
Departure time can be flexible in the morning only if no other guests are arriving.
My personal apartment (or bath room) is not available for gusts leaving. late in the morning or in the evening.
Anyway I beg excuse to my unsatisfied guests, but rules are rules
