It is a brand new apartment, construction 2007, at the first floor.

The apartment is 100 m from the metro station Dafni, just 3 metro stops from Acropolis.It is loceted in a safe , residentila area,with many restaurants and local cafes.

It is a sunny apartment with windows and a big balcony where you can have your coffee and relax, overlooking at a quiet road. An ideal apartment for friends, elderly people or a family that wants to have their vacation in Athens

It has a double bedroom with wooden closets, fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking to a garden, living room with a couch that becomes a double bed, one extra sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment also has a TV, DVD, free DSL internet and a washing machine.

The building is protected with a security system, and there is an elevator and parking space.

Every Wednesday there is a flea marjet with vegetables and fruits just around the corner.

The apartment is only 100 m away from the metro station Dafni,in a safe,residential area and away from the noisy downtown centre. You can be at Syndagma square and Acropolis in 3 min only.

You can come to the apartment directly from the airport just by using the metro line or one direct bus line. There is also a correspondence line to go to Pireaus Port and you can have a daily cruise to the saronic Islands. Also the metro connects with the Proastiakos railway which you can use it to visit Ancient Korinthos or Nafplio.

At 100 m away from the house there are several bus lines that take you to Glyfada or the center of Athens.

At just 2 min walking distance you can find Greek taverns, banks, super markets, cafeterias, shopping stores.

Every wednesday just around the corner there is a flea market with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Modern, bright, quiet !, clean apartement in Athens. Only few meters from metrostation Dafni. Just great place for a stay in Athens. Direct bus from Airport to that place! And last but not least very friendly owners! We will defintely come back to that place.

The apartment was really nice; very clean and bright. Extremely handy for metro and shops, including large supermarket, only a couple of minutes away. Great local taverna at the end of the street. It gave us the feeling of staying in a local Greek street, but only about 3 stops from the Acropolis and main tourist sites. The owner, Kostas was very helpful, provided good local information and thoughtful items like milk and bread on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal accommodation for independent travellers

My husband and I wanted to stay in a place away from the big tourist hotels and where we could prepare some of our own meals. This apartment in a small modern building on a quiet street lined with orange and lemon trees was ideal. It is away from the noise, heavy traffic and crowds of the downtown centre, but close to subway and several buses that take you there in minutes. We really enjoyed the experience of being in a neighbourhood where families lived, shopped, and visited the local tavernas and cafes, and we felt quite safe walking around in the evening. The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

A great find

We chose this apartment as it is very close to our family's place however we'd recommend it to anyone wishing to have a break in Athens.
Dafni is a great neighbourhood. It is safe, has a large variety of shops and eating places and you feel like you're experiencing a real place not a bland tourist hotel. It's also very convenient for metro and buses.
The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Persefoni, the owner was very nice and helpful.
I have already recommended to other family and friends. We hope to return.

Good apartment that is just as promised. Good space for 2 people, but I imagine you'd be crowded if you are 4-5 people.
I'd like to stay here again the next time I'm in Athens.
