It is a brand new apartment, construction 2007, at the first floor. It is a sunny apartment with windows and a big balcony where you can have your coffee and relax, overlooking at a quiet road. An ideal apartment for friends, elderly people or a family that wants to have their vacation in Athens. It has a double bedroom with wooden closets, fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking to a garden, living room with a couch that becomes a double bed, one extra sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment also has a TV,dvd, freec dsl internet and a washing machine. The building is protected with a security system, and there is an elevator and parking space.

Nearest Ferry: Piraeus at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Metro Station at 150 Metres
Nearest Motorway: Vouliagmenis Avenue at 200 Metres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The apartment is only 150 meters away from the metro station Dafni,in a safe,residential area and away from the dangerous downtown center. You can be at Syndagma square and Acropolis in 3 min only.With the metro station you can be anywhere in Athens with the fastest and lowest cost. You can come to the apartment directly from the airport just by using the metro line. There is also a correspondence line to go to Pireaus Port and have a daily cruise to the Islands. Also the metro connects with the Proastiakos railway which you can use it to visit Ancient Korinthos or Nafplio. In order to go to the beach you can also use the metro which connects with the tram line and visit the beaches of Paleo Faliro, Allimos and Glyfada. At 100 m away from the house there are several bus lines that take you to Glyfada or the center of Athens. At just 2 min walking distance you can find Greek taverns, Citibank and other banks, super markets, cafeterias, shopping stores and the famous Starbucks cafe

Very nice apartment

Modern, bright, quiet !, clean apartement in Athens. Only few meters from metrostation Dafni. Just great place for a stay in Athens. Direct bus from Airport to that place! And last but not least very friendly owners! We will defintely come back to that place.

Good apartment that is just as promised. Good space for 2 people, but I imagine you'd be crowded if you are 4-5 people.
I'd like to stay here again the next time I'm in Athens.

Very Nice Apartment in Athens

We stayed at this apartment in May with our two children and found it to be very convenient and a good value. The location is excellent, in a very nice part of Athens away from the very busy areas. There is everything you need within easy walking distance, supermarket, shops, restaurants. The proximity to the metro makes experiencing Athens very easy. The owners were very helpful and willing to come out to get our internet working. The apartment is very modern and secure. A nice alternative to high priced hotels.

We travelled with 2 kids aged 5 and 10 and found the apartment vey suitable for our stay of 4 days. The owner was very flexible and met us late at night(1.30am) to hand over the key.Supermarket about 10 mins away on foot and stocks everything you need. Great fruit and veg market outside your doorstep on Wednesday. Property very secure with intercom, lift and triple bolt. You will need to keep the place clean yourself but all materials provided.
Flight was late evening and owner let us store luggage till later. Very nice stay.
