Privately owned apartment, this is a bright and attractive 5h floor apartment with a lift. The apartment is south west facing. There is a good size sunny balcony with access from the lounge and bedroom, with space to dine and admire the sea-views. In town and yet peacefully located in a charming tree-lined street, 50Mts from the promenade and sandy beach.

Tastefully furnished, and fully equipped Smart T.V, DVD and U.K. channels. A spacious lounge with a dining table & 4 chairs, a leather settee and one armchair. Fully equipped new American kitchen with granite top,double hob,oven microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.. A large bedroom with a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. New bathroom, comprising of WC, washbasin, bath with shower, washing machine. Security door, intercom. Next to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bus-stops, chemists.

Why stay in a hotel?

Spent a pleasant week very recently in Michael's apartment situated near the harbour in Fuengirola/Los Boliches.

Although we didn't really need any assistance during our stay, Michael seems like one of those genuine chaps who would go out of his way to help where he could. certainly very easy to deal with during the booking process/arranging to meet etc.

The apartment is in a really handy area for everything, literally one minute and you're on the beach, 5 minutes tops and you're down by the marina having a drink and watching the sun set. There is a little bit of street noise as the apt is in a residential neighbourhood with a couple of bars but the noise is basically just locals chatting and playing dominoes, no music or hassle of any description. The apts themselves seem pretty well sound-insulated for Spain.

The apt was really well equipped, lots of thoughtful little inclusions, comfy bed, useful air-con (although as others have said, the fans work well too). The smart TV basically also functions as an internet browser and a full range of UK channels was installed just as we left (great picture).

Wwe would happily recommend the property to family and friends, as |I say, the bars down on the waterfront by the marina are a great spot for a drink and for a special meal Milano Experience at the top of 'Fish Alley' was a real treat.

Perfect!

As seasoned travellers to the area the location of La Choza could not be any better to serve the delights of Fuengirola and Los Boliches. Clean and spacious, the 5th floor offers a nice breeze and although the temperature reached 38 degrees on our stay, the air-con was not required (ceiling fans are adequate). Nestled in a local street with the buzz of local life on the doorstep, the apartment was neither too quite or noisy so should suit most tastes. Michael made it clear that he was very amenable if required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this value for money apartment and will most certainly seek to use again in any future visit.

Lovely,spacious and clean.

Just what we wanted,so close to the beach,restaurants and BARS this was perfect for us it had everything you could want including a welcome pack,plenty of English tv channels if that is what you want.Great views from the patio would certainly recommend this apartment to any one plus it even had a trolley to get your supplies from the local supermarket this man thinks of everything and what a lovely place Fuengirola is,thank you Michael.

This one bedroom apartment is in an ideal location. It is just 50 Meters from the promenade, and the 6km long sandy beach with sun beds and near by water sports activities. Supermarkets, chemist and other amenities are at your doorstep. A ten minutes walk to the main bus and train terminus, where you can go to many places of historical interest -i.e. Malaga, Mijas, Marbella, Cadiz, Jerez, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar (passport required). A car is definitely not essential. Local activities golf, diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing. There is a large selection of international restaurants and bars close by to suit all budgets. Fuengirola Zoo is a 15 minutes walk. Fuengirola's famous castle & gardens, 20 minutes walk. Nearest golf course, Mijas Golf, 10 min. drive. Many other golf courses, a Safari park & Marine World are near by. The town centre, including the well known Fish Alley, the Port and other main hot spots are only a short walk away.
